I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel provided exceptional service and offered a delightful culinary experience that left a lasting impression on me. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff Xiao Hu who ensured a smooth check-in process. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff exhibited a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care, making me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding food offered at the hotel's restaurant. The menu boasted a diverse range of delectable dishes, each prepared with great attention to detail. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a culinary delight. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was visually appealing. The restaurant staff provided excellent recommendations and displayed a deep knowledge of the menu, further enhancing the overall dining experience.

I feel that Wenfan is very convenient for traveling, but the scenery at night is very ordinary and can't be seen clearly. I took pictures in the morning and it looked much better in the morning. The room is very small, I don't like it personally, but my family likes it. I have high requirements for hot water, and Wenfan does not meet my requirements. From time to time, there is some cold water in the hot water. The king-size bed room is more beautiful than the twin bed room. The most annoying thing is that Wenfan actually uses cotton slippers, no rubber slippers, which is inconvenient to take a shower. The service attitude is still very good.

I suddenly had an idea that I hoped the hotel would help us arrange the room in advance and give my daughter a surprise. 🥰 The staff not only readily agreed to my additional request, but also gave me a room layout that exceeded my expectations. My daughter was very happy, surprised, and liked it very much. 😍 I really thank every staff member here very much. The hotel environment is five stars, and the courtyard has the cultural heritage of Ming and Qing Dynasty architecture. The service is six stars. The staff answered questions very patiently. When I went to wash clothes, the staff put them in the dryer at a fixed point for me, and sent them to the room after drying.

The room was upgraded and it was good. The staff tried their best to help. There were few activities in the hotel. The hotel was in a good location and not noisy. Some local snacks should be added for breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel a little after 2 o'clock. The front desk gave us a free room upgrade, but the room had not been cleaned yet. We had to wait for a while before we could check in. The room was neatly decorated, but there were still many shortcomings in the details, such as no power sockets in the office area and the mosquito repellent plug in the room was loose and damaged, but these were not big problems. The biggest problem with this hotel is that the air conditioner does not cool at night. The room temperature displayed on the thermostat before going to bed was more than 25 degrees. I set it to 24 degrees. When I woke up, I found that the room was very stuffy and the thermostat showed more than 27 degrees. This is the first time I have encountered such an outrageous situation. During breakfast in the restaurant, I heard other guests also reporting the same problem. Is this what Huazhu's high-end brand Huajiantang means?

The hotel environment and facilities are great. The housekeeper took us on a night tour of the ancient town, which was very unique. However, our schedule was very rushed and the activity radius was only from the front desk to the guest room. Next time I have the opportunity to come here again, it is worth staying here quietly for a few days.

Guiyang Qingruowenfan Huajiantang Zhuangyuan Courtyard is located near the north gate of Qingyan Ancient Town. The buildings in the courtyard are simple and elegant, with a unique atmosphere. The location is excellent. The front desk service is very thoughtful and considerate. The waiters are very good. The breakfast food is of excellent quality and tastes good, especially the local specialty beef jerky, which tastes very good. It is worth staying for a while.
