Holiday Inn Guiyang City Center

After spending several days in Guizhou, I thought that this hotel was owned by InterContinental and the service facilities were guaranteed, so I felt like I was out of luck when I stayed there. First of all, the sound insulation was very poor. I just fell asleep at 23:50 that night, and I was woken up shortly after and found that the sound was from the TV in the next room. After communicating with the neighbor next door, I found that if the TV volume was turned on normally, the adjacent rooms could hear the sound clearly, making it difficult to fall asleep. Secondly, the water temperature in the shower was not enough. Guiyang was very windy that day and was cooling down. We came back from outside to take a hot shower and adjusted the shower to the highest temperature. The water temperature was still warm, but it became even colder after the shower. In addition, the hotel service is average. The booking package includes 58 yuan of welcome fruit. I didn't see it when I entered the room. I asked the front desk and they said it would be delivered in the evening. The 58 yuan fruit that was delivered was really laughable. How many apples, oranges, dates, and pears were there? A grape is worth 58. 🙂 Finally, the hotel restaurant is commendable. We added a few breakfasts later. The buffet breakfast has rich choices and delicious taste. The hotel has a convenient geographical environment and parking is convenient. But I don’t want to choose again when I come to Guiyang in the future.

Overall, the hotel is nice, clean and tidy, the carpets seem to be cleaned regularly, and it's definitely worth the price. The breakfast is rich in variety, Hunan noodles are delicious, and we also had the legendary Zheergen milk tea, as well as many Guizhou specialty snacks. The service facilities of the hotel are pretty good. There was a doorman who helped open the door and pick up the luggage when I got off the bus. The attitude of the front desk was also very good. Check-in was super fast. The only surprise was that there was a problem with the room on the night we checked in. Fortunately, after informing the hotel, they quickly helped us deal with it and sent fruit as an apology. Special thanks to the lady that night (December 30). The location of the hotel is also okay, just a few minutes' walk from Qingyun Market, and other foodie streets can be reached by taxi at the starting price.

The hotel facilities are very good, the location is convenient, and it has its own parking lot 🅿️. Very satisfied.

The price/performance ratio is excellent, the service is very good, and the view from the room is also very good. It is convenient to take a taxi anywhere. The staff is also very patient in helping us change to a room that we are satisfied with. We will stay here again next time we come to Guiyang

The hotel is located in the old city, very close to the Grand Theater where colorful Guizhou-style performances are performed. I chose this hotel to easily return to my accommodation after watching the performance. The service staff are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is rich, and there is also the magical Zheergen milk tea. I booked a suite, the sofa can be opened into a bed, and there is a bathroom inside and outside. Although the air conditioner was broken, the service staff sent two electric heaters to get through the cooling weather safely.

The hotel is located at the intersection, 1.5 kilometers away from Erqi Food Street. Behind it is the military district and surrounded by high-rise residential areas. The views to the west and north are better. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable, and the area is small. It was much better than the Wende in Xin District I had booked before. I went up to check out the room and immediately checked out and changed to a holiday stay. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious, but there are not many varieties, but you can eat it until more than 10 o'clock. All in all, it was a pleasant stay

Staying during the National Day, the front desk service was good and all questions were answered patiently. Living on the 29th floor, sleeping very quiet at night, the room requires a card to go upstairs. It only takes me five minutes to walk to Qingyun Road. There are many delicious food and Internet celebrity shops. Taking a taxi is super convenient, and it usually only costs 123 yuan to go to various tourist attractions in the city. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. We are driving by ourselves, and the hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. There is a military area just above the road, which gives you a sense of security. 😂
