Reviews of Mantianyu Hotel (Guiyang International Exhibition Center Yueran Plaza)

I chose Manyanyu because my client was nearby, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The location is great, right in Dongyuan Fortune Plaza, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. It's also not too far from the metro station. The room facilities are quite comprehensive, and the overall design feels very premium. The toilet, sink, and shower are all separate, which is a nice touch. The service was also excellent, attentive and warm. The breakfast had a good variety, and the fried eggs were especially delicious – better than many more expensive hotels! Most importantly, the room rate wasn't expensive; the value for money is absolutely fantastic.

The experience was good. The front desk staff and the auntie (housekeeping/service staff) were very friendly and helpful. We arrived quite late on the first night, and the hairdryer in our room wasn't working, but they replaced it for us immediately. The environment is nice, and there are many snack options downstairs.

Extremely clean, and the breakfast offers a great variety! It's conveniently located for getting around, and parking is a breeze. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly enthusiastic. I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

The hotel has a great location and is easy to find. However, the facilities are a bit outdated and it's time for a renovation. The room only has dim lighting, making reading inconvenient.

Hygiene: The toilet seat was still damp upon check-in, and watermarks were visible from the side. Environment: Old and dilapidated; the business king room was clearly just a partitioned room. Facilities: The curtains couldn't be drawn closed properly, the mirror was rusty, and there were dark stains of varying shades on the stools and recliners. Service: The shower head was completely empty the night before check-in. The complimentary gift for members was a smelly, lint-ridden towel and a flimsy glass that was clearly not lead-free—what was the point of having it?

There are many hotels in this area, but I chose this one for several reasons: First, parking is convenient on the street, saving me the hassle of taking multiple elevators. Second, it's located not far from Exit B of Lincheng West Road subway station, making it easy to find. Third, takeout can be delivered upstairs, so you don't have to go downstairs to pick it up, although they occasionally offer free drinks on the first floor. Fourth, the rooms feature the same simple and bright design as other hotels under the Dongcheng brand.

The quality is excellent, and it's great value for money. The price is affordable, and the quality is exactly as described by customer service. The hotel was clean and tidy upon arrival, maintaining its high quality. Customer service was excellent, answering all my questions in detail. The receptionist was very helpful. I'm very satisfied with my stay and would definitely book again if needed!

I stayed for three or four days and it was excellent. I changed rooms midway through the stay, and the hotel staff were very patient. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and I would recommend it to my friends. It was also very convenient for getting around.

The hotel was very clean and bright, and the room had no unpleasant odors. Even the bedding was super clean! I've never been this satisfied with any of my previous stays. The receptionists were also very polite and welcoming. Their service was truly excellent in every way!
