Beautifully well maintained hotel with high quality fixtures and fittings. Staff who are problem solvers and always try to go the extra mile. Thanks a lot to housekeeper singing and all the hotel ‘butlers’ for providing excellent service. The breakfast also was exceptional especially the pastries. Will definitely stay next time.

The service at the hotel is the best I have experienced so far anywhere in the world. The front desk and bartenders, servers like Judy, Elsa and Ivy constantly offered help, providing snacks, fruits and soup, afternoon tea and hands with luggages. and room services. The breakfast is ample with choices and cookers/servers go all the way beyond to help guests … keep up with good services and the hotel will win hearts of people and be rewarded.

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

What a wonderful experience! Definitely the best hotel service and personalised. Upon arrival we were offered a hotel tour due to its unique design and also our room was upgraded😀 Yiliya, was most generous with her time and also offered us some cocktail vouchers and access to view the current photography exhibit on the top floor of the hotel. The room included mini bar and delightful evening dessert. Morning breakfast was also very appropriate. On departure we were also provided some snacks for the trip back and a souvenir Maison Alvar sheep toy. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their hospitality definitely the best in china. Some special mention to Ada for helping us take some great photos too. Would love to visit again when in Guiyang.

Outstanding hotel, the best I've been staying in in China after 20-25 tries in the five-star range. A real boutique spirit with design creativity all around and a true French touch. Would recommand to anyone going to Guiyang. Special thanks to the manager Yilia for fine-tuned care and communication.

This was our first trip to Guizhou and Guiyang was our first stop. What a nice way to enter an unknown city! Maison Albar is gorgeous in every way and totally brand new! The butler service was incredibly useful for us non-Chinese speakers. Nothing we asked for was too much. Our only wish was that they had a swimming pool and more than one restaurant but other than that, we were so pleased with our stay. Beautiful deco and amenities all around. Yilia was especially helpful and very attentive. We are so grateful for her support. Breakfast was delicious and we were spoilt for choice! Can’t wait to experience Maison Albar again!
