差評，不推薦，非常掃興，不會推薦也再也不會去消費。泡池少，小孩子玩玩是可以的，對温泉有要求的不推薦。環境這些都不説了。服務差到極致。衹有更衣區的開門年輕男態度很好。其他工作人員也中規中矩，沒一個人有笑臉。這些也算哦，畢竟工作不易，也辛苦（差評是因為姓蔡的主管）。一個貌似管事的男人,問到是姓蔡的主管，態度差到爆。我們晚上8點入住的私湯，服務員帶到温泉區（私湯房在温泉區），什麼也沒介紹，就説有啥打電話。然後問早餐在哪裡，説是第二天有人帶，等第二天起來，人影都沒一個。等到早餐時間過了，我們在園區散步，這個主管就出現了，像質問犯人一樣：“你們幹什麼的？”，我能幹什麼，偷你温泉水不成？（這也算哦），到門口問他們確認一下我攜程的是否延到2點退房，你回答“是”不就完了，他偏要不客氣地説：“這不是延長，是最遲2點要退。”就一付不得了的樣子（這樣我也沒放心上，接下來還是他來噁心我們）。私湯池晚上9點後就服務員都沒有，牆上喊打的電話打通一次一問三不知後就再也不通哦。這些都算哦，第二天出來公共區，由於我們是2大2小，後來爸爸進來接孩子，穿便裝在池邊看小孩，也沒進泡池，也沒人給我們説票怎麼樣的，一會那男的又來驅趕，喊他出去。態度惡劣。而且昨晚我入住就問了孩子要補票不，前台説私湯那裡就直接可以泡。合著早餐你就不管，多個人就喊出去，有事麻煩你態度好些，一付居高臨下的樣子，你是服務員的主管，不是顧客的領導，本末倒置。有什麼問題，也是你們根本沒人告知。你垮起個臉來驅趕，就是這麼服務的嗎？掃興而歸，真是花錢買氣受。再説入住時我還有按金押着的呀，你着急個啥，你是保安來抓賊呀？搞得興致全無。我第一次全網給的差評，就給你了。
