I arrived very late but it was not a problem, the owner first said he didn’t know how to register foreigners but then it was ok. The area is really nice cause it’s super close to the dolphin mall and the white big building but in the evenings there are so many food options around. Room is quite big and large wet bathroom, only maybe the room wasn’t super clean and smelled of smoke
