As a loyal Hanting user, my stay this time was excellent, as always. The room, facilities, and cleanliness were all top-notch. This particular hotel is located in Nanming District, near Jiaxiu Tower, making it super convenient to visit Jiaxiu Tower, Cuiwei Garden, and explore Qingyun Market. A pleasant surprise this stay was the large print on the shampoo and shower gel bottles – a lifesaver for someone with presbyopia like me, allowing me to distinguish them without my reading glasses. Thumbs up for that! The feedback QR codes found everywhere also deserve praise; genuinely listening to guest feedback is half the battle won. Today's breakfast was also a delightful surprise, with wonderful local specialties like glutinous rice, white tea jelly, tofu pudding, and mung bean lily soup, showing great care and warmth. However, I do want to caution this hotel: for self-driving guests, the waiting time for vehicle retrieval upon checkout needs to be managed better. Guests' time is precious. I called the front desk in advance to inform them and request the valet to retrieve my car from the parking lot. But the valet only noted the last digits of my license plate. I have a blue license plate, but he brought up a green license plate car, and then had to go back to get mine. I ended up waiting a full 25 minutes at the hotel entrance. I suggest optimizing the customer notification and vehicle retrieval process, so as not to spoil all the good impressions guests have when they check out.

First time booking at All Seasons Hotel, and this newly opened one was a pleasant surprise. The environment was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable—after just getting off a red-eye flight, we checked in and immediately lay down flat. The room was spacious and peaceful, and I loved its simple Zen-style design. The front desk staff were polite and always wore warm smiles. Best of all was the location—right next to MixC shopping mall, with a direct passageway to the mall's second floor. The only downside was that taxis could only stop by the roadside, so if it rains, moving luggage in could be an issue. Overall, a great experience with excellent value for money. I'll choose this place again next time I'm here.

Location: The area is decent, but it's a bit of a walk to the subway station, requiring crossing overpasses and underpasses, which isn't very convenient. Cleanliness: Basic cleanliness is okay. Regarding parking: Since I was driving, I asked the staff if parking was free, and they said yes. Okay, but the staff didn't inform me how many underground parking spots there were or how to park above ground. When I returned in the evening, I found that parking in B1 required parking in designated spots. There were only 4 underground spots, and I had to hand over my car keys to the 'garage attendant' for easier car movement?? This is an unheard-of practice. My car is quite large, and the hotel didn't inform me beforehand that there were only 4 underground spots. The car ended up blocking the entrance to the underground parking lot because I was told that the car behind me belonged to an owner and we needed to let them pass. Consequently, with a large car, I couldn't maneuver in the already narrow passage (and: visitors should give way to owners, everything has a priority – this is the first time I've heard such a statement). Eventually, the car was guided to the ground level... In short, parking here is inconvenient, but everything else is fine.

For me, the most important thing when traveling is the environment, and this hotel perfectly meets my needs. The rooms are very clean, and it's super close to Guanshanhu Park! I'll definitely book this hotel next time I come to Guiyang for a music festival!!! Overall, it's great value for money, and the front desk service is superb! The lobby and hallways smelled wonderful, and it was very convenient to get around, being right above the subway station for easy access to the city center. Special praise goes to the housekeeping staff; they were very attentive and caring when cleaning my extended stay on September 2nd. The hotel lobby immediately greeted us with a lovely tea fragrance. The room was spacious and all the facilities were brand new. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly. Even the toiletries smelled fantastic; I'm definitely hooked on their hand soap! The housekeeping attendant was also incredibly thoughtful and even gave us some laundry detergent. I'll definitely choose Ji Hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

The separate work area in the room is perfect for working professionals; the lighting and desk/chair height are just right, and the Wi-Fi is so fast that file transfers are smooth. The best part is the soundproofing; even on busy workdays, I can quietly finish my work in the room, and with the soft mattress, I can fall asleep instantly. Check-in at the front desk is done in 30 seconds, and I can even have a late check-out – efficient and hassle-free. I even borrowed a British-style adapter from the front desk; their service is excellent! This trip to Guizhou was fantastic!
