Orange Hotel Properties in Guiyang

The laundry room at Orange Hotel is the best, with professional and clean washing and drying facilities. The room type is basically consistent with the pictures advertised, and it's very quiet. Plus, the hotel itself has an excellent location, very close to the subway station and a suitable distance from Guiyang North Station and several important attractions. My only minor complaints are that the front desk staff was a bit unpracticed during check-in, leading to a long wait, and that my room wasn't cleaned promptly when I returned in the afternoon. Otherwise, everything else was great. It's one of the best hotels I stayed at during my entire trip and is highly recommended.

They were incredibly responsive and accommodating to all requests, which made me feel very well taken care of. 2. **Environment:** The hotel's location is excellent – peaceful yet central, with beautiful views from the window. The lobby decor is grand, and the soundproofing in the room was surprisingly good. It was incredibly quiet at night, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning without any disturbances. 3. **Hygiene:** The cleanliness was impeccable! The room was spotless, the sheets and duvet covers were sparkling white and odor-free. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and the vanity and mirror were polished to a shine. Even the corners were clean, making for a very reassuring stay. 4. **Facilities:** The room facilities are very new and highly intelligent, with one-touch control for lights and curtains. The mattress was just right – not too hard, not too soft – making for a very comfortable sleep. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong, and there was plenty of hot water. The TV and Wi-Fi speeds were both fast, perfectly meeting the needs for both business and leisure. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area! Highly recommended!

The front desk offered to upgrade my room, but the cleanliness of the upgraded room was appalling; it's hard to believe this is a newly opened hotel. There was a clump of hair so obviously left on the shower wall! When I asked to change rooms myself, there was no compensation whatsoever, not even a proper apology or greeting. Because it was a room change on the same floor, the front desk just called a robot to deliver the room key and told me to carry my own luggage to the new room… The service was incredibly poor. I don't know if all rooms at Orange Hotel are like this, but the design also seems flawed; the water didn't drain properly overnight after I showered, leaving waterlogged shower stalls. Wow, this is the first time I've felt Huazhu could be this bad. Run away from Orange Hotel; I'd rather stay at Hanting Hotel.

The staff are warm, friendly, and attentive, always promptly and accurately addressing every need, leaving guests with a genuine sense of care and concern. The hotel's location is exceptional. Located on Guiyang Xiaohe Pujiang Road, it offers convenient transportation and is surrounded by a wealth of amenities, making it a convenient base for both shopping and dining. The dining experience is also excellent. The hotel's breakfast is rich, varied, and delicious, catering to every taste and ensuring a refreshing start to the day. Cleanliness is impeccable. Every area of ​​the hotel is spotlessly clean, ensuring guests a safe and secure stay. In short, the Orange Hotel (Guiyang Xiaohe Pujiang Road Branch) excels in every aspect and is highly recommended.

The location is quite far from the city center; it takes about an hour by subway to reach several major attractions in Guiyang. It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station and a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. Although it's near Quanhu Park, most shops in the area were closed during the Spring Festival, making shopping and dining inconvenient. The cleanliness is acceptable, the showerhead has good water flow, but the water temperature is inconsistent. The elevator is small and there's only one elevator. The washer-dryer combo is of decent quality and quite convenient. Breakfast is average, offering both Chinese and Western options, but the portions are limited; after one or two guests have eaten, the food in the insulated container is almost empty. There are few tables, so during the last two days when there were many guests, there was a wait for a table. Overall, it's acceptable.

The stay was excellent. The receptionist was very patient, and the room and hallways were filled with a light orange scent, which was very pleasant. It was the most satisfying stay I've ever had at an Orange Hotel.
