Nous y avions fait escale le 26 janvier 2023 lors de notre trajet aller. Arrivés de nuit, nous avons utilisé la borne de réception automatique. Aucun soucis, belle chambre moderne, literie parfaite et propreté au top. Nous avons donc décider d'y faire à nouveau escale lors du trajet retour le 02 février 2023. Une toute autre histoire, la borne hors service et une assistance téléphonique qui avoue son impuissance (inutilité). ” Nous ne sommes pas sur place”; ”Essayez un autre hôtel”... Quelques kilomètres plus loin, nous tentons notre chance dans un autre hôtel de la même chaine; même résultat; borne hors service et assistance impuissante. Dommage que les hôtels sans réception physique n'aient pas un service de dépannage efficace et rapide de leurs serveurs/bornes. L'envers du low-cost, dommage.
