Reviews of Best Western Seaway Inn

We were in town for a concert at the Coliseum and found this place kinda last minute. Reviews looked good compared to other locations closer to the venue so I booked. First, both the young ladies at check in were super sweet and personable. We talked about the events going on in the area and that they had sold out every room. I asked about our restaurant we had booked for dinner and they told how great it was. They weren’t lying!! We had a great meal at Salute. We had our elderly dog with us and they were accommodating for her to which we were thankful. Second, the property itself was very clean. No litter around the building or any of that. The pool looked well maintained even though it was too cold to use It felt very safe for me to walk the dog by myself in the evening. On to the room itself. It smelled of cleaning product when we walked in which was a pleasant sign. The rooms are very nice and the paint choices are very calm and inviting. It was definitely much nicer than expected. I give them a 5/5 for everything. We will definitely be booking again when visiting Biloxi or Gulfport area.

Everything was great, room was clean bed was exceptionally comfortable pillows were very soft complimentary breakfast was very delightful. Only thing to keep in mind is there is an airport close by and this hotel is Under The Landing zone so there may be occasional aircraft flyover

I was honestly scared of the random negative reviews😂 but we got there and its was actually really nice! No complaints and breakfast was on point. I slept well and my cats did too

i came here with my daughter and her boyfriend and it is a nice place

We really enjoyed our time and I can honestly say that shower was the best I’ve had in a while at a hotel. The water gets hot enough all of the amenities that we needed were provided to us and we were able to spend quality time together in a nice clean atmosphere

Overall the stay was OK… the bed was comfortable, the carpet r need to be vacuum and shampooed, the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned..Make sure you have slides to wear while you’re in the room… the breakfast was better than other places I have stayed…the weekday front desk staff much nice and friendly than the weekend staff besides the young lady who was there Monday Morning 5/12/25 not so nice .

Everything was good

Hot tub was very Dirty and had bad smell. Pool area was very dirty, no towels, were put out at the pool site, Front desk lady was very Rude, I booked a pool side and courtyard view room and they gave me a view of the Stairs and a Garbage Can,that was my view from my window, because I booked thru Trip, that is what I was told, I am very Disappointed in Trip
