InTown Suites Extended Stay Gulfport

The beds are complete disgust. The rooms are not as they look in the photos, the mattresses are completely damaged and the customer service is terrible.

I liked that they were kind enough to let me pick my room since they only had 2 available. The room we ended up chosing however needed the shower to be fixed and we decided to end our stay the day after even if we booked for a whole week. Keep in mind it wasn't refundable so we definitely lost more than 200 bucks. But the condition of the room was definitely not something we wanted to be in, we ended up booking an airbnb near by.

Worst hotel ever. I have booked here twice. First time we get there at 6:45, checkin was at 3 and the manger tells me we missed our check in and canceled our room after drive 13 hours. Second time I send an employee to stay there and she refuses to check him in because they don’t have a room yet took my $.

Do not stay here. There are rats, mice and roaches. They even had the audacity to charge me a $30 late fee because we stayed at another hotel for the night. The customer service is horrible and there are all kinds of shady characters here. You're risking your health by staying here.

I went into Half-shell today and I had the best experience ever. The Margarita was really tasty and the service was on point. Thank you Kaylyn for the great service. 😊. I will be back to see Kaylyn. 😊

Me and my wife stayed for 17 days when they check us we was supposed to pay $700 we paid 669. We went down to pay for another week on 16th and we found out they messed up and we had to pay $8 more. Plus the hole time we was there we told them 2 times that our freezer wasn't working and our key to our door didn't work so one of us had to stay in the room so the other one could get back in, they know about it when we went to check the room and still put us in that room. Then within the first week we was there staff keep harassing us saying we was being loud. We will NEVER stay there again.

I stayed here during hurricane duty, driving into NOLA for 3 weeks. This place is a bargain but the neighborhood was rough... was awakened several nights by fights, a guy with a machete screaming, people coming in/out at all hours, etc. The office staff was not a pleasant crew to work with either. If cost is the only issue then maybe stay here but slept with your Glock.

The Linens were nasty. The in wall unit was leaking on the nasty carpet which added to the smoke smell in the room.

The worst hotel I ever stayed at, the room wasn’t clean they had a leak in the room the tub was filthy.
