Royal Asarlik Beach Hotel & Spa is very good, beautiful location, and good service and very nice staff.
Mr Mustafa and Mrs Kenica at reception are very nice and helpful. Bartender Farhad is also very nice.
The food and the staff in the restaurants are very nice and helpful.
Perfect hotel with incredible good service.

I booked 2 double standard room with sea view, I arrived early, we wait 2 hours before we got the rooms, after 2 hours, they give us room with street view, I told them that our rooms was booked with sea view, then they changed the rooms to us.

Disgusting hotel! Booked one room with a sea view, with a double bed. In fact, they gave me a room with two small beds like in a hostel! An old, run-down room, with old linoleum that was laid 10-15 years ago. You still have to get to this room on two separate elevators that are in different parts of the hotel! I immediately went down to the reception with complaints, showing the difference in the photo of the booked room and the one I actually received! Only after a scandal and informing me that it was my wife's birthday, they agreed to provide a normal room from the next day! But what infuriated me most was not even this, but the fact that it was not possible to book the A La Carte restaurant, everywhere the information was about booking from 10 am to 12 pm. Arriving on the first day at 10.10 am and standing in line at the Guest Relations office, I got the following picture: there were four people in front of me, the first of them was a Russian-speaking girl who was talking in a raised voice to the head of this department, from the echoes I understood that she was denied a visit to the A La Carte Restaurant for reasons unknown to me. She left very unhappy! The second, third and fourth people were people of Turkish nationality, they got access to the restaurant for the evening without any problems, leaving very happy. It was my turn to enter the so-called Guest Relations office, where I saw an employee of Turkish nationality with curly hair! Seeing me and realizing that I was a Russian speaker, she told me that there were no places for today, the restaurant was completely full for today! The same situation happened the next day, on September 4th, when I arrived at 10.10 am, she again told me that the restaurant was full for today, there were no more places! The question arises: If I came at 10.10 in the morning, why indicate everywhere the information that the restaurant reservation is until 12.00??? Also, after my request to book for the next day, she replied that the next day is already "Turkish Night" and the restaurant will not work! In 5 days of stay, we only saw something like a show there once! Everyone just sits stupidly in the hotel lobby with drinks that you can get at the bar. I don't know, this is how many times I've been to Turkey, but this was the worst hotel I've ever been to! I even had a thought: has service in Turkey really dropped so much or is it just like that in this particular hotel!

We order hotel because they have fitness. But at least they have no dumpbell into the pair. Only one. Machines are old and Just half of them working. ( SHAME FOR 5STARS HOTEL)We used taxi to travel to private fitness True power( 5 minutes from hotel). Servis: is perfect and all staff are really kind Food: good Beach : nice but umbrellas are to small to cover you from the sun. Generally it was lovely . In EU experience is 3.7 star hotel not 5 stars

For such an affordable holiday you really do get a great experience. The hotel was very clean and modern, our room was cleaned and bed sheets and towels changed daily for us. The mini fridge in room was stocked up for your arrival with lots of variety of soft drinks. The food was okay, you can’t expect miracles from an all inclusive but we never went hungry and there is lots of variety to choose from at breakfast lunch and dinner. Snack bar by the pool was nice, and ice cream available for free all day! I would say our real highlight was how friendly the staff are. Especially Berk! Berk who works in animation really made our stay all the better, he works very hard and all the guests have good things to say about him. He is friendly and polite, and such a good person, he deserves a payrise or promotion !! He interacts with everyone not just younger couples like us but everybody in the hotel, old, young, groups and solo travellers. The boat trip arranged through the watersports stand on the hotel beach was relaxing and a day full of swimming and relaxing, well worth it for £20. All the water sports are well priced. We will be back! Our room had a great sea view. Showers are good. Hotel sent a letter though our room door regarding our transfer home which made it easy on the day to leave.

Me and my wife just came back from Royal Asarlik and it was our second holiday in this hotel. Not much changed from 2022, so rooms are basic, but cleaned everyday and there is everything that you need. There is wide choice of food and deserts, so everybody can find something that they like to eat. The problem we've noticed is the waiters in top restaurant, who were reserving "the best tables" for the guests, that were giving them money for it. We were finding this quite disturbing, as giving a tip for good service is ok, but paying discretely under the table for reserved table did not make us happy. Not many staff can speak English, so comunication was very limited, but over all wasn't to bad. The best part for us was the times when entertaining team was interacting with us, especially Hico, who always had time to stop for a little chat and laugh. Very professional, helpful and friendly guy, so thank you Hico❤️. Over all good holiday.

Really would urge anyone not to stay at this hotel and save your money! We stayed in a “relax room”.. well, this was quite the opposite. The list honestly goes on, my partner had some of his belongings stolen which were designer clothes items from his suitcase by a member of housekeeping and when we told reception they were most UNhelpful and not interested one bit! My partner wasn’t taken seriously at all by them which is very unprofessional. Secondly the food is horrible, cold, no variation and it drove us to spend double eating out every night than we actually set out to do. The bathroom had a strange smell to it as did the water from the shower. I also found a cockroach in my wash bag… this is a 2 star hotel at most not 5. We were also badgered daily by staff who are very clearly only interested in taking your money trying to sell us all sorts like spa packages or water sports which we made clear we weren’t interested in and we still weren’t left alone. Just AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Terrible experience for what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday for us but unfortunately all the negatives were never ending each day. Will definitely not be returning!

Hello traveler, we recently visited the Royal Arsarlık Hotel with my wife and son. I'm sure we can all agree that hotel staff can make or break your holiday experience. Royal Arsarlık has its own star. If you visit this hotel look out for Oguzhan in the lobby bar. We had read about him before we came. Oguzhan always made us feel very welcome with his friendly smile. He remembered my son's name and always took the time to say hello and talk to us about our day. He also makes the best cocktails in the hotel. 5 stars for Oguzhan. Merhaba gezgin, geçenlerde eşim ve küçük oğlumla Royal Arsarlık Otel'i ziyaret ettik. Eminim hepimiz otel personelinin tatil deneyiminizi artırabileceği veya bozabileceği konusunda hemfikiriz. Royal Arsarlık'ın kendi yıldızı var. Bu oteli ziyaret ederseniz lobi barda Oğuzhan'a dikkat edin. Gelmeden önce onun hakkında bir şeyler okumuştuk. Oğuzhan her zaman güleryüzlü gülümsemesiyle bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Oğlumun adını hatırladı ve her zaman merhaba demeye ve bizimle günümüz hakkında konuşmaya zaman ayırdı. Ayrıca oteldeki en iyi kokteylleri de yapıyor. Oğuzhan'a 5 yıldız.

The hotel itself is in a lovely spot with its own section of beaches and it was a bonus to be able to take a quick dip in the sea and go back by the pool. (The beach section itself is narrow and very shingly, so take shoes) we used the relax pool as the main pool was way too noisy with sun loungers squashed together and a lot of 'club' type music playing. I only heard British / well known music once or twice while there. There were no fun songs around the pool. We were staying in the relax rooms - very nice and had a wonderful sea view but unfortunately no lift to get there, so bare that in mind before booking these rooms The rooms were kept clean and beds changed regularly and the hotel itself was also mostly spotlessly clean. There were some really lovely staff at the hotel - in particular Shahin at the relax pool bar. He was always polite, courteous and welcoming with a big smile ready to serve. The female waitress in the main restaurant and also some of the male waiters in main restaurant were also very polite and couldn't do enough for you. However, there were a number of male waiters who were very ignorant (especially at the marine bar) who pretended they couldn't hear you / or did not understand English and deliberately avoided serving you. Some staff seemed extremely rude and it seemed to be towards the British in particular. There were not many British visitors at the hotel while we were there, and many guests came across as extremely rude (eg leaning over you when trying to pick up food at the Buffett/ cutting in front at the bar/ taking a table you had already put drinks on) At times, we felt extremely uncomfortable. The food was ok but not what I would call 5 star standard (similar foods every night / no show cooking which you would expect at a 5 star) and sometimes food would not be as hot as should be) Restaurant was not open long enough- Especially to accommodate the number of guests at hotel. The restaurant felt chaotic at times and not relaxing. It was ok but I have enjoyed food better at some 3 star hotels. However, the waffles and ice cream were lovely and so were the snacks - especially the pizza BUT- the snack bars are not open long enough. The sun beds are in need of an update and although not too uncomfortable, we found quite a few were broken and in need of replacing. There are definitely NOT enough umbrellas. Parts of the grass area could also be quite muddy- which was a Shame as the relax pool area itself was lovely. Unfortunately, some guests left their area dirty by not picking up own rubbish etc.. which is disgusting. The hotel staff did clean regularly though. We booked the hotel on recommendation and if I am honest. I was a bit disappointed as expected something special. On speaking to guests that had stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions, they all said that the hotel had declined in it's standards over the last few years. Overall, we had a good stay but this is definitely not to a 5 star stan

Unfortunately the Royal Asarlık is not a 5 star hotel. Our first room as we requested a move was not much better than 3 star. Dated and in need of total renovation as was much of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and cannot fault them. Food was average but there was a good choice. The Fish restaurant was very good and would recommend it.
