Receptionist was so rude no manner in profesional staff

Amazing, support staff are cooperative and very helpful. Rooms are also near and clean.

This definitely did not feel like a 4 star hotel. It's a decent place to stay for the price. I would not say it's squeaky clean but it's average. To me it felt like a 3 star hotel. The rooms are small and the beddings were not nicely made. The bathroom floor had some dirt on the floor.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist rahul thakur and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
