Club Patio

As per the description there is a pool in the hotel, but nowhere it was mentioned that it is seasonal. It was closed when i stayed and i Booked it seeing the pool. So it was disappointing for me

There is no breakfast buffet and anything you order, there's a pushback that it will take 30 mins to prepare. Can't argue when there's a flight to catch.

Amazing trip with amazing stay and amazing food. It was a great experience, with a huge room and great food

There are multiple instances where we felt that hotel is not good to recommend. The type of service they provide was not acceptable. We booked 4 rooms out of which ac was not working in 2 rooms. After multiple complaint they agreed to change room but it took 3 hours in follow up. We went for enjoyment with 4 families but feel we were only busy in resolving things with hotel. Also staff behaviour was not good. There are many negative feedback but can't write much. Can't suggest to book in this resort.

We got a verbal confirmation to book the place and then without telling us they gave the date to someone else as their event was bigger than ours. Please do not book this event at all. Karun is the manager on the property and not a reliable guy at all

Rooms are big but quite old. Service is decent. Need to improve food quality. I don’t find it premium
