Country Inn Gurugram

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. They had bedbugs. The toilet was covered in pee. There was someone’s leftover towel from the previous guest. Also, there was stickers on the wall that shouldn’t have been there.  Ants all over the floor. The water heater was leaking    Every time we changed rooms, it just kept getting worse.   We literally didn’t even sleep there and they still charged me for the night  We got it at 5 o’clock in the morning and checked out at 10. I asked for a refund and they would not accommodate and they charge me for the full three nights even though I did not stay there. They offered to upgrade me and I told him they were crazy. Why would I stay at a place that has bedbugs. Who cares if you’re changing the room   Also, when I ask for new towels, they gave me wet towels  please see the pictures  We were bitten by bugs and they don’t even care.

Lovely atmosphere and great amenities.....If you want to know what true hospitality feels like, come here.....The staff behaviour was excellent and very welcoming... If you are visiting Gurgaon, this is a must-visit hotel. Keep it up! All the best, Country Inn.

As we were moving to new city from Nagpur, it was a relaxing time in country inn sec 51. Room was fab neat and clean .courteous staff .

Titanium residency offers both great and average stay. I will list down both the pros and cons. Pros: Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. good set up for office work. Access to conference room also available. Washrooms are amazing. Cons: Wifi speed is bit bad. Breakfast buffet is exact same everyday, expected a bit more variation. But taste wise not bad. The major throw off was in the highlights it was mentioned that they offer free laundry for 2 items daily - not done. Gym and Office terrace was advertised - it's not there. Complimentary high-tea was offered and it was not given.

Perfect place for Biz stays.. Staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is good. In-house resturant food is delicious
