Pros: 1. Good hotel with helpful staff. 2. Most other hotels in this remote area are significantly sub-par in comparison. 3. Rooms are clean & well maintained. 4. Mr. Chandan in the restaurant section was helpful in sorting everything out. 5. Nice indoor games area. Cons: Considering the price & Radisson brand, the hotel should pay more attention to the management of certain facilities. 1. Being a remote area, paid cab service from the hotel should be more readily available. Only 2 cars were available at all times. 2. Food options should take dietary restrictions into account. Vegan, jain, satvik, gluten free, etc., dietary options should be available on request even if at an added cost. 3. With limited dining options in the area, the hotel should have a wider selection of items. For instance, fresh fruit juices should be a basic item on the menu. 4. The hotel must be able to accommodate early check out dates. This is essential for business travellers whose schedule can change at any time. Being unable to change dates during thr stay is a big issue and quite frankly, embarrassing for a brand like Radisson. No other major hotel chain has such a ridiculous restriction. 5. Hot water was inconsistent. Again, being a Radisson brand hotel, this is unacceptable.
