Disappointing Experience with Poor Service and Noise Issues I was charged for laundry services despite being told at check-in that two pieces would be complimentary. This felt deceptive. I stayed for four nights, and every night until 2 AM, there was loud music from weddings or ceremonies. The hotel seemed to disregard the fact that other guests were staying there, and the noise was so intense that it made the glass bottles clink. I had a midnight flight and had confirmed that I wanted to extend my stay. However, on the day of checkout, they told me the hotel was fully booked. They had initially agreed to a half-rate extension but then demanded the full amount, even though I was checking out by 6 PM. The only positive aspect of my stay was the breakfast buffet, though the constant greetings from staff at every corner became irritating after a while.
