I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details and the well-maintained facilities. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the team. They were always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit.

I am extremely happy with my stay at the Grand Hyatt. I do thos every year. It was my anniversary and Celine (don't know the correct spelling, maybe Selene) was so kind in arranging cake for us. Divyaansh at Checkin was so courteous and professional, kindly helping us bring our bags to the room. His manager was also great, and remembered us from our stay last year. Forgot her name but she really exhibited her leadership skills. At checkout, Alisha was very helpful and kind, so was her manager (didn't get her name). They walked us all the way to the door. Kind gestures like these matter alot. Amit also showed great service by helping us with our bags, and Vinay at the front door too was so polite and helpful with our bags. Location is also alright. 35 minutes to airport if no traffic, half an hour drive to DLF Cyberhub for great dinner. Oh and in winter time they serve some delicious hot chocolate as a welcome drink. Their breakfast was also fantastic. I got to try local delights I don't usually have time to try like the Bun Maska. 10/10 recommend Grand Hyatt!
