Checked in found the Toilet was not properly cleaned. Pointed out to the house keeping supervisor on duty on our way out who promised to have it cleaned. Came back nothing was done. Disgusting experience...

I basically stay here every time I go to Gutian. I feel the service is good, the breakfast is good, and it is in the city center, so it is convenient to get in and out. The only drawback this time is that the price has increased during holidays, so it is a bit expensive.

The hygiene is quite substandard. The wash basin is where they wash the mop. They didn't even clean it when we checked in.

My stay this time was too bad. The room facilities were old and not maintained. The central air conditioner basically had no temperature. It was so cold all night. The hygiene of the room was indeed not worthy of a so-called star hotel.
