I had some minor issues, such as the air conditioning in the room not working or the water temperature in the bathroom being unstable, but the staff couldn't resolve them in a timely manner. They either ignore it or simply apologize without taking any real action to resolve the issue. This left me feeling very disappointed and helpless.
