Hotel D Courtyard, Guwahati , Room 205 Mahua Ghosh 18.10.2022 - from 6pm onwards 19.10.2022 - checkout at 9.15am # Room has poor maintenance and upkeep # Bathroom has poor upkeep smells , Crack in basin , shower cubicle door missing , mirror completely stained # AC defective - initial chill was so much that Maintainance had to be called , still chill factor remained and I switched off AC # too ***y mosquitoes in room inspite of putting anti mosquito fixture # TV cable has limited channels # Service poor - my check in was at 1pm , but I checked in at 6pm . Even then they couldn't provide extra pillow or towel , saying pillow covers and towel had gone to laundry and those came much later # When I asked for mineral water bottle , they said it was chargeable ( I had 2 complimentary 0.5L bottles ) I , hence asked for 2 more such bottles ( chargeable ) !! They got 2 nos 1L bottle , so I returned 1 bottle saying I only needed 1 .... Then the room service personnel calls me to either cancel both bottles or take both , otherwise it seems that 1 bottle would be taken from her salary !! I cancelled both , returned bottles unopened and again reordered 1 no 1 L bottle of water # In the morning , around 6.45am since there was no coffee in the room, I called Room Service for coffee . I was told no staff comes before 8am , hence coffee couldn't be served !! They have an all day dining menu , breakfast menu from 7.30am , midnight menu , as per room Menu Card . But last order for Room is 10.30pm and no orders before 8am ( as no staff ) . Their buffet breakfast also starts at 8am . # At Check In , they didn't inform me at all about Complimentary Buffet Dinner and Complimentary Buffet breakfast .... Hence I ordered dinner at room ( only 2 items , much less than Buffet!! ) and hotel charged for that !! Please don't recommend this hotel to any of your guests ever !!
