Hotel D Courtyard

The rooms are small with seepage and growth of mushrooms on the wooden furniture’s. The washrooms are stinky with brown waters flowing 24*7. The AC are non operational and the staff has no clue about the technical snag. The dinner washrooms were also not maintained and were stinking.

Amazing experience at D courtyard hotel,Very beautiful property ,helpful staff. Excellent service by the team ,The food was awesome and It is located at the prime location easy access to the town and business centre.We will love to visit again .

I had booked this horel.is guwahati since my usual choice was fully booked. I choose this hotel based on pictures on a booking site and it had a mid level tariff. However I had the following putoffs: 1: Smelly washroo.s. the smell was strong due to moisture biultup in the false roof. 2: Tiny washbasin. It was so tiny that it could not accomodate any toiletries. The hotel has kept the toothbrush and soap.on the cystern top lid. 3: Cushions on the bed were soiled. 4: No buffet dinner and the buffet breakfast was plain Jane. I wouldn't have offered more than INR 1500 for this room if I had seen it .

The rooms were stinking, AC was not cooling, even bath towels were not there during check in. Extra bed was stone hard. Food was ok. Staff was uncooperative specially the one who was packing our breakfast...would not recommend it to anyone...

i had a very bad experience in this hotel because - 1) in the room, there had not given any number to call for service. I called 9 but no one picked up (around 10:30pm ist 17th March 23). I wanted to order water and some milk. 2) there was no water in the washroom at night. (It did come after half an hour) 3) when i went down, didn't get any milk as the ***ager said that the kitchen is closed and also denied getting a call

Very poor service. Rooms and bathrooms are hardly clean. In our 1st room we did not have space to store 2 pieces of luggage. There were loose wires up in the shower making the experience quite frightening. Hotel staff is still making terrible noise in the hotel corridors at 11 pm.... even when told to stop shouting to each other. That was true during all our 3 day stay.

Thanks hotel d courtyard for spoiling my stay in guwahati, I booked 2 rooms 401 and 408 both the rooms were located at a very special location, on the top floor near a construction site, which will not let you sleep and on the top of that you provided me the worst food i ever ate in my life. Again thanks for spoiling my stay. I wish I can give negative ratings. Thanks and regards

Hotel s facade and reviews are deceptive. Its like any non star hotel. Room was very dingy and bathroom s plumbing was faulty, so having some bad smell all the time. . Had a night stay so didn't bother much but not guest friendly. Dining hall was ok ok. Food we didn't bother to taste so can't say anything about it.

Hotel D Courtyard, Guwahati , Room 205 Mahua Ghosh 18.10.2022 - from 6pm onwards 19.10.2022 - checkout at 9.15am # Room has poor maintenance and upkeep # Bathroom has poor upkeep smells , Crack in basin , shower cubicle door missing , mirror completely stained # AC defective - initial chill was so much that Maintainance had to be called , still chill factor remained and I switched off AC # too ***y mosquitoes in room inspite of putting anti mosquito fixture # TV cable has limited channels # Service poor - my check in was at 1pm , but I checked in at 6pm . Even then they couldn't provide extra pillow or towel , saying pillow covers and towel had gone to laundry and those came much later # When I asked for mineral water bottle , they said it was chargeable ( I had 2 complimentary 0.5L bottles ) I , hence asked for 2 more such bottles ( chargeable ) !! They got 2 nos 1L bottle , so I returned 1 bottle saying I only needed 1 .... Then the room service personnel calls me to either cancel both bottles or take both , otherwise it seems that 1 bottle would be taken from her salary !! I cancelled both , returned bottles unopened and again reordered 1 no 1 L bottle of water # In the morning , around 6.45am since there was no coffee in the room, I called Room Service for coffee . I was told no staff comes before 8am , hence coffee couldn't be served !! They have an all day dining menu , breakfast menu from 7.30am , midnight menu , as per room Menu Card . But last order for Room is 10.30pm and no orders before 8am ( as no staff ) . Their buffet breakfast also starts at 8am . # At Check In , they didn't inform me at all about Complimentary Buffet Dinner and Complimentary Buffet breakfast .... Hence I ordered dinner at room ( only 2 items , much less than Buffet!! ) and hotel charged for that !! Please don't recommend this hotel to any of your guests ever !!
