酒店設施硬件不錯，房間也很寬敞，早餐也很豐富，唯一讓人意外的是服務態度，特別是前台，整個辦理登記入住，人冷冷冰冰，全程崩臉，好像欠了她二斗米一樣，早餐的服務員的也是毫無服務意識，問有沒有煎雞蛋，回答沒有，機器壞了，好像很理所當然一樣，早餐有提供西點，卻不提供刀叉，衹能嘴撒麪包再用筷子挖果醬了！將熊熊一窩，作為服務行業，相信這和酒店的總經理有着息息相關，希望能引起重視了！

服務：服務是最差的，在前台辦理入住的時候，愛搭不理，期中有一個女的拉着臉，就像誰欠她的一樣。
還有我定的行政房，樓層可選擇性有，她就説22層以上沒有房間，住滿了，其實沒有客人入住！ 辦理退房是趕上當天固原下大雨，我問酒店是否有雨傘，也是一副不耐煩的樣子！ 這個酒店工作人員好像在當地很牛的樣子。女孩子一個人出行的話，下次不想考慮入住，前台人員態度簡直惡劣急了 。

前台服務態度很差，根本達不到5星級標準，房間很一般，半夜還有陌生人人來嘗試打開房門，這麼大個酒店連個保安都沒有，退房時延遲一會都不行，窗户關不嚴，外面颳大風，房間裏刮小風，噪音很大，就跟住在飛機場一樣，還有小蟲子飛來飛去
