We had booked a deluxe double room for 3 people and were told the day we were arriving that it wasn't possible. Trip contacted us to sort it out and we were ready to pay an extra room and sorti it later. But when we arrived, they surprisingly were very nice about it and didn't mind when they saw "reservation for 3 people" so we got a nice room for 3 people and they even gave us extra amenities (shampoo, shower gel...) We also had breakfast for the 3 people (which was also surprising as it said for 2) nothing amazing but fresh fruits and a few other things we didn't eat. Staff were very very friendly and accommodating so i would recommend and also visit again if I'm going back to gwangju.

It is located in the center of Sangmu District and has a lot of food. I am very satisfied with the styler in the room. It is convenient to move around and there is a valet service when parking.

I went on a one-night business trip. This is my second time using it this year, and I think it is a spacious and comfortable facility for the price. The area around the hotel feels a bit cluttered, but I think that's an advantage as it's conveniently located. The breakfast restaurant was a bit mediocre.
