Gwangyang Lagom Design Hotel

This is a decent hotel located in the center of Jungma-dong. The accommodation was generally clean, and although the massage chair wasn't in the pristine condition, there was a Styler, so it was a pleasant experience!

It is great for family trips, and the breakfast was good, offering simple toast, eggs, milk, Post, coffee, soft drinks, and water. The shower facilities are spacious, and the parking lot is decent. In the morning, you can stroll along the beach just a 3-minute drive away. The only downside is that the TV remote is complicated to operate. I highly recommend the Jeollanam-do Museum of Art, which is 20 minutes away.

Since I visited during the Chuseok holiday, the parking lot was full, but they came out to kindly guide me. A simple breakfast was available on the second floor (toast, ramen, eggs, cereal, etc.). It showed signs of use, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. I was satisfied that there was a Styler, and It was also nice to be able to relieve travel fatigue with the massager.

Overall, it was clean and the breakfast was good. I was just planning to sleep, so I was looking for a good value room with two beds. Unexpectedly, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the soundproofing was decent. Thanks to this, I slept well and had a hearty breakfast.

다시는 방문하고 싶지 않은 최악의 숙소였습니다. 객실 문을 여는 순간부터 심한 악취와 찌든 담배 냄새가 났고, 바닥은 발에 먼지가 느껴질 정도로 청결 상태가 좋지 않았습니다. 가장 심각했던 문제는 24시간 운영 셀프바였습니다. 셀피바인 201호는 엘리베이터 문이 열리면 바로 진입가능한 구조이나 셀프바입구에 음식물 쓰레기, 분리수거 쓰레기, 사용한 수건과 걸레 등을 한가득 쌓아둔 채 방치하고 있었습니다. 악취가 심해 셀프바를 이용하려다 역겨울 정도였습니다. 손님이 엘리베이터에서 내리는 것을 보고도 쓰레기를 치우지 않는 모습도 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 사장님께 이러한 문제를 말씀드렸지만 개선 의지나 서비스 정신은 전혀 느껴지지 않았습니다. 결국 입실한 지 20분 만에 짐을 싸서 나왔고, 나가는 길에는 청소하시는 분이 "대실이었냐"고 묻는 말까지 들어 마지막까지 불쾌했습니다. 청결, 위생, 고객 응대 모두 매우 실망스러웠으며, 제 기준에서는 다시는 이용하지 않을 숙소입니다. 사진에 속지마시고 과연 이런 업체가고객을 위한 객실청소나 위생에 진심일까 의심이 듭니다 숙박 마치고 탈이나 안나면 다행이라생각할정도입니다

사진이나 후기가 좋아서 예약 했지만 기대 마큼 은 아니었어요. 그냥 보토 정도 로 보면 될듯 합니다. 5층 이라서 그런지 샤워물도 약하고, 샤워타올은 없었고. 사우나실 안에 한개 만비치 되있었슴. 티비 보는 것도 좀 복잡 하고 귀찬아서 안보 게됨.

출장으로 숙박하기에 좋습니다. 다음에 기회가 되면 또 이용하려고 합니다. 조식도 맛있고 이용하기 변했어요~^^.

광양 중마동 번화가에 위치해있어 이동이 편리하고 주변에 먹거리 식당이 많아 출장때마다 자주 이용합니다. 직원들이 친절합니다.
