Comfort Inn & Suites at Stone Mountain

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The lady at the front desk is really sweet. The room was very clean. If you have a hot shot set up it's a very tricky parking. But everything else was great. The place is very quite and safe. Thank you staff for a great stay.

I will start with what I did like. The check in person was very nice. Although it took over 10 min and we were the only ones checking in, he was nice. The beds were COMFY! The location was good and had lots of food choices and convenient things nearby, even though it was off the main interstate (285). Outside of that, I was not impressed. A lot of things are out of order: pool, m/w lobby bathrooms, juice machine at breakfast, our bathroom fan. In the room, the carpets were old and worn and could use replacing. Most of the hotel was in that condition. Our room was missing pictures with holes in the walls where they used to be, the shower head seemed 20 years old, tile could be refreshed, and the TV was frustrating to use. No channel guide and there were channels that didn't come in, but it took time to go to each channel because it took a few seconds to even show if it was a station or "no signal". The "breakfast" was very minimal. One of those waffle machines (mini waffles), powdered eggs, toast, 2 cereal choices. Juice machine was out of order so there was a jug of juice and milk in the mini fridge. I appreciate there was even breakfast, but it was dismal at best compared to many other hotels. I wouldn't stay here again unless there was nothing else. They wouldn't give me a receipt since I used a "third party" (*******) because they said those rates were less than theirs. Huh? What does that have to do with a receipt? They also required a separate $100 deposit. That's a sign

Walked into our room and no heat, mold in shower, hair and dirt in the mattress, toilet clogged. The pool was closed and rest rooms were closed in the lobby. We went back to the front desk to leave and the guy couldn’t figure out how to do the refund. They still haven’t processed the refund. Be ware of this property.

Clean room,good price. Comfortable beds. Towel rack was broken in the room but I can deal with that. A little confusing to get in and out of cos it’s on a one way street. Cleanliness is important to me and this place was clean.

This was a nice hotel to stay. Very close to Stone Mountain and shopping areas. The staff was polite and the room was clean and comfortable.

At the Comfort Inn & Suites make sure you have either $100 in cash or on your card because they requires a deposit even if you books your room. They check your room before refunding you to make sure you havent taken anything out the room.

100 dollars deposit, outdated and not so clean. The internet is very slow. Entrance is on an off ramp so you have to go around to get in or out.
