Extended Stay America Suites - Atlanta - Gwinnett Place

One of the main reasons we booked is because it said crib/infant bed available, that was a lie. When we get to the hotel I asked for a crib they tell me they don’t have them, but on the listing it says it and it also says in under each picture. Okay we will figure out it. I have a 4 month old and could not the co sleeper in my car. My husband volunteered to sleep on the couch bed (he rolls a lot in his sleep). Perfect figured that out. We head up to the room. TRASH allll over our floor leading to our room. It’s fine they’ll pick it up, NOPE. It was there the whole time. Pull out the couch bed and it’s DISGUSTING. There were black stains all over. My husband who’s slept in pretty awful conditions (he’s military) said nope. It won’t go back in now because it’s broken and rusted. He ends up sleeping on the floor. We order pots pans and plates to cook with, they come dirty with burnt rice all over them. This might have been one of the top worst hotels stays I’ve had. I WILL NOT be staying here again YUUUCCKKK.

Clean rooms and building both inside and outside. Only negative thing that I have noticed is the front desk tends to hold staff meetings around 11am/ 12 noon and nobody is at the desk to help guests. They just make you wait until they are done. The other thing is that one of the housekeepers refuses to give you anything off of her cart. If you need TP, sheets or towels she will send you downstairs to the front desk. Just pray that it is not a "desperate😓" need. I have been at this hotel for seven months.Overall still a good hotel.

1. Random things would constantly be found in the elevators, including: loose blueberries strewn about, someone’s groceries, and an empty box of magnum condoms. 2. “Grab and go” breakfast is a tray of muffins by the front desk and coffee that is only set out during breakfast hours. If your deciding factor between this hotel and another is the breakfast aspect (even a grab and go), don’t choose this one as it’s cheaper to buy muffins and coffee for yourself. 3. I don’t know about the kitchenettes in the other rooms, but room 313 was not equipped with any cooking utensils. All of the cabinets were bare. There was also no coffee pot, which is standard for hotel rooms. 4. Only one trash can, and it was the one in the restroom. 5. Staff was either polite or friendly, never rude. But they also were not at the front desk except for in the mornings. You only have to wait like 2 minutes max for someone to come to the front though. 6. Our room was IMMACULATELY CLEAN. If all you are looking for is a clean room, this is the place for you!

This location is the best Extended Stay America Suite my family and I have stayed at. The staff does it's best to keep the hotel clean.

The room is always spotless here at Extended Stay America - Gwinnett. Ruth was great as usual at Checkout. I love how Ruth handles 1-2-3-4 things at a time. It's a very cold day and even then the staff is amazing.

It was a nice room and it was comfortable and the staff was great and I’m coming back to book a room again this weekend!!

I enjoy staying at this Extended Stay. Staff maintains the cleaness of the hotel. Pest control is on point. Ruth, hotel clerk is the best. She's very helpful, respectful and has a positive attitude.

To much going on in this hotel I ask for 2 week for a new room and I spend 100 dollars on some food and it was spoil waste my money cause the damn refrigerator didn’t work and been sick for the mold
