I’m writing this review in hopes that the manager will finally reach out to resolve an issue that has now gone unanswered for over two weeks.
I booked my stay through a third-party vendor and, regrettably, I initially selected the wrong dates. About an hour before arriving, I logged back into the system, corrected the dates to the appropriate ones, and paid the associated fees for the adjustment. I assumed everything had been updated correctly.
Unfortunately, when I arrived later that evening—exhausted and just wanting to get settled in—I found that the hotel’s system still showed my original booking with the wrong dates. I waited approximately 30 minutes hoping the updated reservation would transfer over, but it never did.
I want to emphasize that the front desk receptionist was outstanding: friendly, patient, and genuinely trying to help. She guided me toward the right resources and did everything in her power to get the booking corrected.
After wasting significant time and already paying extra fees through the third-party system, I ultimately had to cancel the original booking altogether and book directly with the hotel just to get a room. Two different staff members at the hotel told me I should absolutely receive a refund for the initial mistake and that the situation “should have never happened.”
Because of this lack of empathy, accountability, and basic professional courtesy from management, I cannot recommend this establishment.
