Arriving at the hotel which looked like an apartment, we looked for a receptionist spot, but we couldn't find one. Finally we were met by gentlemen aged around 60 years who could not speak English. The father was a little angry trying to contact someone to confirm my room because the father told us that the room was full. After connecting with someone, suddenly the father took the key and opened the room next to us, room number 102 with a little force, and we were a little surprised because in that room a middle-aged foreign woman was resting, I don't know where she came from because I forgot to ask, haha. After that we argued because the father was adamant that he didn't want to give us a room and the foreigner mother helped us to communicate via Google Translate... Wow, thank you very much to the foreigner Mrs. Mrs. who we didn't get to know more closely to find out her name and country of origin. After arguing in two languages ​​that we didn't understand each other, hehe... for 2 hours, finally we were helped by a guard from the apartment next door, a young man who couldn't speak English, and finally our debate over the Google Translate service was answered, saying that we were already registered. trip.com with Marina's name and telephone number that matches our reservation. Initially we asked for our money to be returned if we could not stay at this hotel.
