BBuzhuangleOur first night in Altay exceeded expectations! From the outside, the hotel looks pretty standard, even a bit plain. But stepping into the lobby was a delightful surprise; it has a unique charm. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Oh, and a service attendant immediately brought me a bottle of warm water. Taking a sip, it warmed both my hands and my heart.

The hotel is also close to the airport and shopping district, making it convenient for both business and leisure travel. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this is a great choice and highly recommended! I'll definitely be back!

1. Located near the eHi Car Rental/Return Point, you can easily walk to the hotel after returning the car, and the hotel offers airport shuttle service.
2. The rooms are relatively spacious, and the family rooms are quite comfortable.
Other: Close to the airport, but a bit far from the city center; consider your needs accordingly.

GGuest UserThe room is incredibly spacious, truly around 30 square meters. Unlike other hotels where you can barely walk with two 28-inch suitcases open, this one is very smart and the facilities are excellent. My child absolutely loved it. It was the most comfortable stay out of our 9 nights in Altay. Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose Bayman again.

GGuest UserThe service was incredibly warm and attentive, and the hotel environment was excellent. I'm generally a big fan of Jinjiang Group hotels. I accidentally left my laptop at the hotel when I checked out, and the front desk staff promptly called me and even shipped it back. Their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming!

GGuest UserThe hotel location was great, with easy access to the ski slopes, interesting restaurants and all kinds of shopping. It was difficult to manage the over heating in the room, particularly the bathroom (bidet was a nice touch), but leaving the windows open at -20 brought the room temp down to a comfortable +22. Disappointed that the cafe/bar wasn't open, but laundry and gym were clean and modern. Rooms were 'cleaned' each day however clean cups and regular stock would have been appreciated. Water was provided. Front desk and other hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

GGuest UserThe Northwest region is quite dry, so the humidifier provided in the room was a good thing. However, when I opened it, I saw yellowish grime inside, so I had to clean it myself before using it. The room had neither cooling nor heating, only ventilation, which I, being from the south, found very unsuitable. The room was stuffy and poorly ventilated. I asked the hotel for a fan, but there wasn't a single fan in the entire hotel, so I couldn't sleep well all night. It was a terrible experience in a five-star hotel, and it prevented me from getting proper rest after a long and tiring road trip. (Attached is a picture of the initial temperature.)

GGuest UserI booked this hotel in Altay , it’s very convenient to everywhere , and have different restaurants around , easy to find foods here, and hotel provide free shuttle bus to JiangJun Mountain and also airport / train station, the receptionist 亚亚 and 小吴 are very friendly and helpful so sweet, overall I enjoyed the stay

The Lavande Hotels in the country are basically the same, the bedding is very comfortable, clean and tidy, and parking is available at the door. Choose Lavande Hotel, can you sleep well? The front office staff is also very warm and the breakfast is not bad.
