Overall it's not bad. First of all, the location is very good. It's a 20-minute walk from Changzhou Technician College. There are many small restaurants, breakfast shops, and even Yinsi Noodle House nearby, so it's very convenient to order takeout. If you have your period at night, it's also quick and convenient to buy medicine and sanitary napkins. Secondly, the mattress is good and the sleep is very comfortable. Thirdly, the toiletries are reasonable, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, foam hand soap, body lotion, care bag, shower cap, etc. The following are areas that can be improved. ① Strengthen hygiene: The bedding in the closet is yellowed and can be further cleaned. ② Check the room circuit regularly. There are some damages and no electricity on the sockets on both sides of the bed. ③ Breakfast can be further enriched, such as adding more drinks, such as coffee, milk, corn paste, etc. Eggs can be placed next to an omelette machine for guests to fry themselves. ④ The water output of the shower head above the head is a bit sparse, and the pore range can be increased. ⑤ Supplement toiletries, such as adding small soaps. ⑥ The price range can be further adjusted, or the room facilities can be further upgraded. The current room is 440 yuan, which is about the same as the standard room of just over 200 yuan. We had an incredible stay at this hotel! It has the most amazing location on Qingguo Alley, and simply walking through the hotel to your room is an experience in itself. The hotel is beautifully decorated in the traditional Chinese style, and the rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Changzhou. Staff were really helpful and made check-in so simple. Also, staff were very proactive so that our stay would be as smooth and comfortable as possible.

The service in this store is very good. When you come in and out, the waiters will greet you and open the door to pick up your luggage, making you feel at home. Four of us elders came to Jintan to participate in the National Martyrs' Memorial Day. Location: The location of the hotel is very clever. Many single-family villas or duplex villas are built between a valley. The distance between the rooms is also relatively large, and each room is like an embellishment of the bamboo forest in the mountains. The swimming pool in the activity center is in the best position in the entire valley. If you come in summer, you can see the most beautiful scenery when you look up while swimming by the infinity pool. After leaving the hotel, Yushui Hot Spring and Nanshan Bamboo Sea are within walking distance. So it feels that although I live in a scenic area, there is no noise in the scenic area at all.
Service: The housekeeper Wang Tianle contacted me the day before. During the stay, he kept caring and reminding us of various precautions, and was very dedicated. Although it takes a car to go to and from the restaurant, the speed is very fast. The car is often waiting directly outside the room, and there is no need to wait at all. And everyone's service is very good, and it feels very warm. I asked for water, and the aunt directly brought us a few huge bottles of water, which is quite practical.
Dining: Because I stayed for two nights, the hotel sent two meals, both in Zhuxuan. The waitress Li Wen was warm and thoughtful. She helped us replace the fish we didn't want to eat in the set meal, and gave the little kid a red panda and drinks. We have almost eaten all the three black and three white in Liyang. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, there are many farm dishes outside. The overall meal is quite rich.
Facilities: I experienced the private soup in the room. The aunt helped us put the Chinese medicine bag and the duck, but the water was really hot and needed a lot of cold water. We also need to take an outdoor vertical elevator to go up the mountain in our room. Although the elevator is not long, it is more interesting. The children's playground is not big, but it is no problem for children to play in it for an hour.

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

CCristobalThis is an amazing hotel. Very well run and centrally located. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The stuff at the reception speak English and as a western traveler is very helpful. The breakfast selection is huge and very good. I will definitely stay back again!

The hotel is located in the center of Menghe, next to the Star City Shopping Center. There are many children's entertainment outside. The place, the children are very happy, the breakfast restaurant is also very rich, there are many choices, the children are very happy to eat. Especially Xiao Xue at the front desk. When checking out, a child's toys were accidentally left in the room. He contacted us by phone and sent them to us by express. Thank you very much.

GGuest UserThe hotel is newly opened, very clean and tidy inside, the whole house is intelligent, you can control the air conditioner, TV, curtains, lights by calling Xiaodu Xiaodu, it is very modern, and there is also a smart toilet, which is very surprising. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, and she also helped me make an appointment for free airport transfer. The front desk lady said that free pick-up and drop-off are available 24 hours a day. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

AAnonymous UserRecommend this hotel. Don't underestimate the old hotel, the service is first-class, much better than many new hotels.
Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes.
Environment: Sleep quietly at night, pillows have different softness options. It is about ten minutes walk from the subway station and not far from the large shopping mall.
Service: I originally booked a triple room, but in maintenance, we changed a very good large suite, and a double standard room, no extra charge. Four bottles of mineral water will be added every day, and the service is very good.
