The service was attentive, but the food was just okay. Both dinner and breakfast at the Western-style restaurant were pretty average – not a lot of variety and the taste wasn't particularly good. There's definitely room for improvement there. However, the recreational facilities were fantastic, and I'd love to visit again.

This stay was for my child's birthday celebration! The kids absolutely loved the play area on the 12th floor. Our room was clean, smoke-free, and well-lit, with all the amenities we needed. It was great to have a water dispenser in the room for making tea and coffee. The separate bathroom and toilet were very convenient, and my child had a blast taking a bath. The underground mechanical parking was also a plus. The only downside was the soundproofing; we could hear footsteps and flushing from the room above from 10 PM until 12:30 AM. Otherwise, thank you!

The location is a bit far from Dayuan station, especially at late night. There are two apartments in the same address, and the picture of the booking shows the wrong address so that I couldn't check in with the QR code. Luckily, the host picked up the phone and guided me to the correct apartment. I stayed only for less than 3 hours with a nap and shower, so nothing really matter to me.

alccitronIt's a great hotel. Room is big enough, clean well equipped. It offers real coffee and shower gel shampoo hand soap and complimentary cookies are all nice. On top of it, on the third floor there's a sauna/bathhouse, which is also kind of gorgeous, when I went there I had the whole place to myself.
The only thing to mention is, that Linkou district is not exactly Taipei. For the ones who want to travel to Taipei city centre, the distance is definitely worth considering. But MRT station isn't far and the train ride takes about 30 minutes and bus about 1 hour. But yeah, it's far by all means.

Guest UserThe hotel location was awesome, next to MRT station. The MRT station could direct you to airport within 30 mins. The earliest MRT was 5.30am.
The hotel reception was located at 23rd floor and the hotel rooms were at 22rd floor to 27th floor. There was a separate lift to access the room. The hotel was a bit old style, can see when you take the lift. However, the room was all ok.
The hotel was 10 mins walk away from a night market. There were some local food could get at the night market and this is a adding point.

This time, we stayed in an Executive Suite. It featured a minibar, a sofa, and a fridge generously stocked with a diverse selection of beverages, unique local snacks, and plenty of tea bags. The room also boasted twin balconies, offering direct views of Shimen Reservoir's back pond and spillway. While it was rainy and foggy upon check-in, we were fortunate to wake up to a sunny day ☀️, which allowed the stunning scenery to unfold before our eyes – absolutely breathtaking! 👍
The suite's amenities included a foyer, double sinks, a large bathtub, and a separate toilet room. Our kids absolutely loved playing hide-and-seek and insisted on booking the same room type for our next visit. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and warm. However, despite the air conditioning being quiet, it was excessively cold. No matter how we adjusted it, the room temperature seemed stuck at 22-23 degrees Celsius. 🥲
The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the entrance to the entire Shimen Reservoir park. We finally managed to drive through the whole park. For those planning to explore, I recommend heading out early for a hike to avoid the heat, then returning to the hotel for breakfast and a refreshing bath. 🛁

ljh1I stayed here with my two children after a red-eye flight. To my surprise, they even prepared wine for us, and the kids loved their cute amenities! It was truly a wonderful stay. The swimming pool also has a spa, which was perfect for both adults and children to enjoy together. It was the best!

Deluxe twin room is big, clean and nice. The exterior of the building may look dates but the inside is not and isvery comfortable. Every level has a water dispenser which is convenient. The locafion is is near PX mart and many eateries though a bit of walking to Taoyuan statiion but there are many buses near the hotel to take to the Taoyuan HSR and station. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Will defimitely stay again if i come to Taoyuan. Value for money and highly recommended!

Anonymous UserThe location is fairly convenient, but the room had an odd smell — I could not tell whether it came from the air freshener or the furniture. The overall decor also feels a bit dated. Considering the price, I do not think the value for money is particularly high. That said, there are not many hotel options near Chang Gung Hospital, and the front desk staff were all very warm and friendly, which made the stay better.
