GGuest UserThis stay experience was great, from the meticulous arrangement of the front desk supervisor Erer, to the patient and meticulous guidance of the handsome guy Yu Keqian, and then to the restaurant staff to help hot dishes, split plates, the service of the front desk staff, and various small gifts. The most important thing is that the restaurant has customized the catering that belongs to our ethnic group for us. It is really meticulous and makes us feel at home this trip. Very good, next time I come to Xi'an, I will still live here.

I arrived at the hotel around 1 AM, and the front desk staff, Xiao Du and Xiao Zhang, were still smiling, not a hint of pretense. The check-in process took no more than 3 minutes, and they even proactively offered warm water to help ease my travel fatigue. When they learned I had an early flight, they specifically wrote out the shuttle schedule, repeatedly confirmed the departure time, and even thoughtfully reminded me about the charging port locations in the room and soundproofing tips. The moment they handed me the room card with a gentle âPlease rest well, we'll wake you up tomorrow morning,â instantly relieved my late-night travel anxiety. Full marks for this exceptional service!

The location of the hotel is super superior, just a few minutes walk to the subway station and the business district, travel and shopping are super convenient, quiet in the middle of noisy is not noisy. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the sound insulation effect was excellent, and the night was particularly stable; Smart toilets, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and ample charging interfaces show intimate details.
The service is impeccable, especially Ms. Zhang who helps us store the items that need to be refrigerated and the hospitality business is very thoughtful. The front desk lady quickly checked in, and also took the initiative to upgrade the room type and give welcome fruit. Any needs can be responded in time. Pros:
1. **Friendly and attentive front desk service**
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. When they learned we were first-time foreign visitors to China, they patiently showed us how to use ride-hailing apps on our phones and offered practical advice for our upcoming travel plans. What's more, they personally helped us with our luggage and guided us to our vehicle, providing truly thoughtful service.
2. **Spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and clean rooms**
The room design was attractive, the space was generous, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. It made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
3. **Good quality toiletries**
The shampoo and shower gel provided had a pleasant fragrance and felt great to use.

**Airport transfer service was not up to par**
Despite clearly stating the number of people and luggage during booking, and emphasizing it multiple times, the airport transfer service still failed to arrange a suitable vehicle. Consequently, the car couldn't accommodate our entire family and luggage, forcing us to wait for three separate vehicles and splitting us up, which was quite a poor experience. This stands in stark contrast to the excellent airport transfer service I received at another hotel in Guangzhou later on.

The bar had a great selection of teas, a coffee maker, an ice machine, and a microwave, which was all very convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely be back. I highly recommend it to everyone. Plus, there are plenty of snack options downstairs.

Zzf0047Compared with the new domestic brands that have emerged in recent years, such as Orange Crystal, the hardware facilities in the rooms of the Smart Hotel have some of the temperament of the old aristocracy. It may take a few years before the whole-house intelligent control system can be upgraded. Parking is very convenient, the window view is very nice, and the mood is pleasant. The heating system is a bit weak.

The rooms are spacious, the hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, and the rooms themselves are spotlessly clean, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were excellent â proactive, warm, and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. I personally found it offered excellent value for money. I stayed here for a friend's engagement party, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, even recommending local attractions. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xianyang.

GGuest UserIt was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

GGuest UserI read a lot of positive reviews about the Somerset Fendong, and this was why I came here, it did not disappoint. The hotel and room facilities are excellent, everything I need for a comfortable work trip and to work from my room. The breakfast buffet has delicious food in Chinese and Western options, and the gym is a really useful addition. However, what has really made the trip exceptional is the staff. They have done everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Athena Wang and the others at reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff go out of their way to be friendly and caring, as the best possible hosts, since the afternoon I arrived. This atmosphere makes more of a difference than anything towards having a good trip, and it is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I would recommend the Somerset Fendong to anyone, thank you to Athena and all the staff!

HholidayfanSelected this hotel as it is close to the new Qin Han branch of Shaanxi History Museum (15 mins drive), and the airport (15 mins drive). Room was big and hotel modern. Really like the hotspring, there are multiple hotsprings to choose from including the carbonic acid and the silky smooth ones. Mixed bathing so bathing suits necessary. Food wise, above average in variety and taste. A comfortable overnight stay.
