UunakaiponThis hotel is perfect for Instagram. While many hotels in Khao Yai are themed after foreign cities, a lot of them miss the mark. This one, however, beautifully utilizes the local landscape to create an atmospheric and well-executed design. The staff are friendly and kind, and the rooms are stylish and clean. Since we stayed on a weekday, they even upgraded us when we requested a room with a bathtub. The breakfast isn't extravagant but it's delicious, and the view from the window makes you feel like you're in another country. I'll definitely come back to stay here when I need a break from city life in Bangkok.

The location being near Khao Yai national park was a bonus. The property and its surroundings were well maintained, creating a peaceful environment to help us recharge.
The generous breakfast spread and choices of breakfast were commendable and we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner room service. We are already looking forward to returning with our family to this special place!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is newly opened, just opened for 4 months. It is not difficult to travel. There are two 7-Elevens near the accommodation. Overall, the room is good, the atmosphere is good, there is a swimming pool and a fitness center. Breakfast is also good with a variety. The staff is lovely and attentive. The hotel has Mont Fleur mineral water to drink all the time. It is very good. On the day I stayed in the morning, there was a slight power outage, but it was across the entire area and the problem was solved quickly. Overall, it is good.

GGuest UserWe stayed for two nights including breakfast and diner. Everything was very satisfactory. The only suggestion would be that they serve the same menu for our two night dinners. However the restaurant manager was kind enough to let us change the main course on the second day but the starter and the dessert were the same and there were only two choices and not one vegetarian option. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff were super friendly.

พพาลูกสาวเที่ยวI really liked it! Even though the room seemed old, everything was still good; it wasn't dirty or smelly. The staff swept the leaves early in the morning, keeping the garden clean. We went during the Christmas event. We'll definitely go again next year!

SSRWNDespite the very hot weather in Khao Yai at the moment, the overall atmosphere is still pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and very spacious, with several new construction areas currently in progress. There is a bicycle rental service available at 100 THB per hour, which is a nice way to enjoy the surroundings.
The room cleanliness could still be improved. It was also quite surprising that bath amenities are not set in the room and are only available upon request.
On a positive note, the service was excellent across all staff from the GSA and bellman to the security team, everyone was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was also very delicious.

AAlyssa119028Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim.

GGuest UserThe camper-style accommodation was convenient and comfortable. However, I’d suggest improving the cleanliness of the bedding, as I got a skin rash. When we returned at night after dinner, the security guard was in a deep sleep — it took quite a while to wake him up.

GGuest UserThe resort has very nice european looks . We stayed in 2 bed room villa that comes with a kitchen. However, only 1 bed room comes with King size bed while the other room is provided with Queen size bed .. It will be good if both rooms are provided with same kings size bed as 2 couples may share the same villa and both adults couples prefer to have king size bed ..

KKongKChThe room was a bit small but not cramped. It was clean inside. The pool was beautiful, the views were great, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided good service. Breakfast was delicious, but if you went late, some items would be gone and replenished slowly. As for the ”Chao Ban” restaurant, the taste was okay and the prices were reasonable. However, the problem with both Chao Ban and the breakfast restaurant was the number of flies. It's a concern for hygiene. It would be much better if there were a fly repellent device at each table (I've seen other restaurants do this) or placed along the breakfast buffet line.
