When you go to book a hotel in Cappadocia you will find many of all categories and you are truly spoiled for choice on which one to decide to stay. Mine was an excellent choice from many points of view. The hotel is not in a quarry like most of the area but are individual bungalows scattered across a vast land as if you were in a tourist village. I was there in winter otherwise you could also use the swimming pool. Spacious rooms with a small table outside for smoking, comfortable and warm bathrooms with everything you need. Excellent cleanliness and very warm rooms. They provide you with water to drink every day. Very good breakfast included in the price with buffet and preparation of hot dishes on the spot. Unfortunately the coffee isn't as good as most places. The location right at the entrance to the town where you can reach the center on foot in a few minutes. In short, I highly recommend it also for the kindness of the staff at the reception who are always ready to assist you and give you excellent advice. We booked the balloon through them at a lower price than agencies outside.

Stayed for 3 nights this week for less than £30 per night, which seems like a steal! Staff were all nice and friendly, location is excellent- walking distance to everywhere in Goreme and plenty of great restaurants nearby. Room was on the small side and a bit dated. The bed had certainly seen better days and the TV didn't work, but it was kept clean and the ensuite had a good shower. Breakfast is free and has a fairly limited and random selection but it's better than nothing. Overall, an average property but at an excellent price which to my mind is better than paying a ridiculous price for a better hotel when the reason everyone visits Cappadocia is to see the beautiful sights!

The toilet has a Turkish-style butt spray. The breakfast is quite plentiful. There are boiled eggs and omelets to eat every day. There is a rooftop with a good view.

The location is fantastic, great restaurants near by walking distance and a MUST see balloon sunrise view point aswell walking distance. Rooms have a fusion touch of rock and modern touch to it. The service! One of the best I have experienced; from welcome drinks and assisting you with tours or any miscellaneous info you require. Staff have a warm smile and welcoming attitude! Felt at home from the start! Other hotels are in the town where its quite inconvenient and noisy but Hera gives you your privacy and relaxation that is a must after a long day! The breakfast they serve is a must! A diverse range of local cheese and olives , bread to pastries fruits and especially Kaymak and honey comb! You cannot go wrong! Wifi ofcourse available, welcoming cats is a plus! You can store your luggage with them after you check out before you leave for your flight. I've said enough and there isn't more to explain why I recommended Hera Cave suites! Thank you all at Hera Cave Suites!

HHanan AmanI booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel! Our first Cappadocia experience is complete with you!

GGuest UserThis is my first time to travel in Cappadocia and so lucky to live in this cave hotel. The receptionist was very proactive and being nice to help us. He helped taking all the luggage going up and down the staircase. He also helped us to call to the travel agency and told us don’t worry when we were waiting so long tome at the reception for our tour guide. Also, the breakfast in here was delicious and we were being well-served. I was surprised that they offered a room service (fruit) for free on the rainy day. It is so warm to live in here for these days. Nevertheless, the scenery in here is spectacular and so relaxing.

JJuanéThe welcoming was very good. The staff was friendly and they even helped with the bags because the room was on the bottom and there are a lot of stairs to get to the top… I struggled a bit to get my laundry that was handed in. They were supposed to return it at 5pm the latest, and by 8pm I had to go ask in person by walking all the way to the top, after numerous calls to reception. The guy working in reception when handing in the keys and getting ready for the airport was not friendly. (Also the same guy who said to wait the whole time for the laundry). It’s as if everything was too much trouble for him. He was also supposed to give breakfast to us leaving early morning for the airport, but he never did - although it was arranged and paid for in the reservation deal. Overall a good stay as the room was clean, private, big and very beautiful. Unfortunately it was too hot at night and I had to sleep with the windows and door open because the water heater could not switch off, even though I asked the, (not friendly) receptionist to assist. He only said turn the knob to the left but it didn’t do anything. I would recommend the hotel 100%, just the receptionist taking over from the welcoming receptionists would make me think twice before staying there again.

From the moment of our arrival to Nevesehir airport till the moment of our departure to the next destination we felt welcome. Very family-oriented environment, exceptional hospitality, and smiley faces. We were given a tour of the hotel and amenities, then taken to our rooms. Our room was a cave room called the king suite with terrace (Room number 304). It was beautiful, authentic, clean, and had an AC. Beautiful spacious marble bathroom. Room authentically decorated in Cappadocian-Turkish style. Sheets were changed and towels replaced upon request. Lovely housekeeping team. Front desk very receptive and helpful, all hotel staff went above and beyond to tend to guests to make sure all were having a great experience. Given the nature of it being a family run hotel, it had warm friendly vibes. SETEN RESTAURANT – absolutely to die for! Best restaurant in Cappadocia hands down. Breakfast – best spread ever lots of choices. Served by lovely people. Dinner - It is a definite MUST. Especially the Muhammara, Mutancana, Testi Kebab, and Pumpkin Dessert!!!! I do advise you to book your tours with the hotel but make sure it is with the hotels Kelebek Tour company as we had a frightening experience with a company in city centre. Thank you to the amazing staff at the hotel that made our stay in Cappadocia memorable. We are avid travelers so believe me when I say this hotel is well worth it especially the fact it is THE best view to watch the beautiful hot air balloons fly over Goreme with many caves surrounding you. Special thanks to front desk - Duru, Amir, Sena, Murat - and including Seten Restaurant – Hussain, Utku and Serife – including anyone else I may have forgotten to name, you are all doing an amazing job. Cannot wait to be back!

GGuest UserThe room has plenty of space and enough colorful light. Although the sound insulation is average, it is located in a corner, so you generally don't hear noise. As soon as you enter the room, you can feel the characteristics of a cave hotel. The bathroom provides Turkish bath gloves, making it a room. It gives people an elegant feeling and is very satisfying. The only bad thing is that the water temperature is occasionally unstable when taking a shower.

We recently stayed at place for two days and it was a very warm and a wonderful Experience !!! The Hotel is centrally located and its a 5-7 minute walk away from the market. The Breakfast was the best we had in whole of Turkey. All rooms are very unique and has its own comfort and warmth. We were given 2 rooms on the lower deck since we were travelling with senior Citizens. The staff's warmth and helpfulness made us feel at home. The owner Mr. Salim Demir was very helpful and saw through that we were very comfortable. A small suggestion to travelers that you can book your balloon ride with the hotel where they will give you a better price . Ride. On the whole a really very pleasant experience and would highly recommend a stay at this Hotel if you are planning to visit Cappadocia.

The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. The mountains can be admired in the morning. Strategic location: a slightly higher view, a quiet area, than the center of the country, which is still accessible in a few minutes walk. The possibility of booking tours, even with guide in Italian, is a pity that they had not understood and we met in the morning at the date but missed the guide. So ask confirmation! Car parking: 5/6 Car seats are in front of the hotel but prepare for wild parking and for milimeter walks between cars and walls. Wi-Fi available in the courtyard When booking ask if the rooms have windows because those ‘shoes' are really ‘shoes' For us it was a great experience.

GGuest UserThe best hostel I have ever stayed in! And I have stayed in many. The hostel is small and has a cozy family feel. The team are super friendly and welcome you into their family along with the dogs Hector and Critan! Breakfast is included and includes multiple courses or home cooked hot and cold dishes with a fresh menu every day. This is accompanied by endless complimentary tea, coffee and water from 8am -midnight. You are regularly greeted with snacks of fruit or home cooked sweets if you take some time to enjoy the rooftop terrace and spectacular views over Goreme. It is excellently located just off the main streets of Goreme and walking distance from the local bus station. From hot air balloon flying to multiple languages spoken there is nothing the manager can’t help you with and nothing is too much hassle. You stay in a large cave where you are asked to remain silent and respectful. It is cool, peaceful and the beds are comfy and the room super clean. The bathroom facilities are good although there are only 2 to share so at busy times you may have to wait. Overall this is a fantastic hostel and I could have happily spent my entire holiday there. Kamelye is an absolute must when visiting Cappadocia! Private rooms are available.
