I booked one President Room, three Family Rooms, and one Twin Room for our family. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing for several reasons:
The President Room did not have a refrigerator, which was unexpected for this room type.
The bottled water was placed on the tray together with the complimentary coffee and tea. There was no information explaining that the bottled water cost 15,000 VND each or which bottles (as there were different sizes) were complimentary. This was confusing.
In one of the Family Rooms, a tile from the vanity area fell and hit my niece’s foot. Thankfully, she was not seriously injured. However, no staff member apologized or checked on her after the incident, which was very disappointing.
The hair dryer was very small and weak, so it took a very long time to dry our hair.
During our stay, the elevator malfunctioned and my mother, my sister, and my niece became trapped inside. It was a frightening experience.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I expected much better service and maintenance from this hotel. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and would not recommend it to others.
