整個縣城最貴的一家酒店，感覺像政府招待所之類，服務員吊兒郎當，傢俱破舊不堪，就像開業幾十年都沒變過一樣，房間電話不能用，門禁報警器一直響，開始以為是隔壁房間在報警就沒理會，結果實在太吵，一直到天亮才發現是我的房間在報警，打電話到前台，結果電話是不能用的！很不理解攜程為啥和這樣的垃圾酒店合作呢？簡直是坑人

自駕游到哈巴河，應該是當地不錯的酒店，房間挺好，但是服務沒跟上，當天晚上洗不了澡説是檢修，第二天一早洗的，放的都是黃水。早餐更是不行，25塊錢的早餐基本什麼都沒有，開始還不同意退，後來前台自己去餐廳看了下也覺得説不過去。走了以後發現孩子的牙套落在衞生間牙杯里了，打電話過去前台説幫忙看一下，然後再沒有然後了，這服務實在對不起這名頭和四百多的價格
