Hachinohe Plaza Hotel

This hotel is an older banquet-hall style establishment. The staff are courteous and polite, and while the facilities are dated, they are very clean and well-maintained. The location is a bit out of the way!

There was not much food and the heat in the pot was too low so the food was half cooked.

I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and I was satisfied overall. If I go again, I will definitely book.

This was my first time staying here. The front desk was kind and polite, which I liked. The rooms were average and I think they were normal. However, the shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the unit bathroom were in small bottles, which made them very hard to use. What I liked most was the breakfast. They had squid sashimi for breakfast, and the other ingredients were also delicious. I went there just before 7am for breakfast, and the female staff member was very kind and helpful, so I was able to go to work in a good mood that morning. I still have work to do in Hachinohe, and I plan to stay here again.

The staff were very kind and provided attentive service. I would like to stay at this hotel again.
