I stayed here a a couple of nights while visiting Yankee Village. The number one perk and the reason I rated this hotel 3 stars is for the availability of (one) free EV charging station. It's unexpected to have given the age of the property; but it was used by quite a few guests during the course of my stay and very appreciated. Otherwise, the hotel is lackluster both in terms of accommodations and staff. The front desk associate wasn't warm and did not take any time to welcome me as a Titanium member, nor did she explain the hotel's current housekeeping policy (no service unless you stay 3 nights or more). Corner rooms are large but not really functional and are well past the due date for a renovation. There are no USB ports, so don't forget your USB charging plugs. Breakfast felt very COVID-era; you get coffee, cold cereal, muffins, and bagels. No hot items. At least the breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful. This could be a nice hotel, given its well-maintained exterior and grounds. They're short on staff and amenities at the moment; I won't stay here again unless it improves.
