Europe Haguenau – Hotel & Spa

We had a generator starting every fifteen minutes for two minutes, all night long under our closed window. When I made the remark that we didn’t sleep well, the clerk said “next time we will put you in an another room”

Europe Haguenau is a proper but ordinary hotel and doesn't truly make up for the somewhat high prices. Some parts of the hotel are very new, while other segments feel old and damaged. My room was rather small and oddly arranged. The bed though was excellent, and the relatively big balcony was a nice addition to the room. The spa was fantastic and a welcome complement to the visit. My only genuine remark on my stay was the awkward and often not perceptive staff. An example of this is when ordering a drink at the hotel bar, you have to walk over to the hotel receptionist and ask her to come and serve you a drink at the bar.

We arrived late night just before the kitchen closed. We ordered food, but it was really bad - the steak was raw and when it was sent back, it came back as if it had been in the microwave The room was clean, but it smelled really bad. Could have been from the drain in bathroom, but it also smelled in the hallway The room was really cold in the night, and we all ended up freezing. The staff was really friendly and good service.

BELLE DECOUVERTE Hôtel très agréable terrasse-jets d'eau très sympa, restaurant déco agréable, chaleureuse. Spa bien pensé Cuisine Plaisir, bons ingrédients, bonne maitrise de cuisson Des légumes, poisson, ... du bon Vin, un irish whiskey coffee délicieux & encore du Plaisir pour Ravir les Papilles Hygiène poubelles vidées chaque jour, toilettes propres. Quand le personnel fait les chambres, le linge ne traine pas sur le sol du couloir (signe de respect des clients) Confort Suite bien conçue, Téléviseur dans chaque espace. Gérant de gites je sais que ce qui ai bon pour l’un ne l’ai pas pour l’autre, après cette mise au point, matelas : petit lit plutôt souple, grand lit moelleux et ferme en même temps. Chevet 2 lumières (1 de lecture) très bien isolée. Grande douche pommeau/pluie. Miroir en + en dehors de la sde. Stores + volets électriques Personnel QUE DIRE… UN VRAI PLAISIR, BONHEUR à TOUS LES NIVEAUX Si quelqu’un vous dit bonjour 9chances/10 que ce soit 1 membre de l’équipe. Le tout avec le Sourire. Oui en + d’Etre Très Agréable l’hôtel à un Personnel VRAIMENT SUPER SYMPATHIQUE «Souriant parfois Timide, Gentil, Discret, Serviable, Toujours à l’Ecoute, de bons Conseils & le tout Arrosé d’un peu d’Humour si vous en avez» Une Chaleur Humaine pour rendre votre séjour encore + agréable que vous l’aviez imaginé Faites-vous plaisir, arrêtez-vous, Mais n’oubliez pas votre sourire chez vous, quand vous irez les voir MERCI A TOUS, D’AVOIR FAIT QUE CE SEJOUR SOIT DES PLUS AGREABLE
