We booked a family room, and it was spacious enough for three of us, not at all cramped. The balcony was huge – perfect for having tea and chatting if the weather wasn't too hot. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but there was plenty to eat. The service was excellent – friendly, proactive, and welcoming. There was a nice touch with self-service coffee and biscuits in the lobby, which was very thoughtful. The laundry room and gym were combined into one space. There weren't many gym machines – just one treadmill, an elliptical, and a bike. However, I went twice and no one else was there, so there was never any waiting. Overall, I'm very satisfied to find an IHG hotel in Hai'an. The cleanliness, tidiness, service, and infrastructure were all top-notch with no major complaints.

Amazing value for money! I was really surprised by the quality of the environment at this price point. The room was clean, hot water was plentiful, all the facilities were there, and it was quiet without being noisy. The owner was super friendly, there were no hidden charges, and it's perfect for a short stay.

Facilities: Clean and hygienic. Shuttle service: Free shuttle to and from the high-speed rail station. They also offer free packed breakfast, and with its location right by the high-speed rail, it's incredibly convenient for changing tickets. It offers great value for money, and I always choose this hotel when I come back to my hometown for business. I booked two rooms this time.

The hotel also offers a thoughtful shuttle service to the high-speed train station, which is only 2-5 minutes away by car, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travel. The room was spacious and well-arranged, and the public areas were clean and impressive, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was fully equipped, and the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable, promoting a good night's sleep. The breakfast area was large and tidy with a wide variety of choices. They offered noodles and wontons with options for red soup or bone broth, and the braised mock chicken was especially delicious. Both Chinese and Western dishes were available, and the vegetable buns were also very tasty. There are coffee machines with cups and lids in both the lobby and restaurant, and the coffee was quite good. This hotel is an excellent option for both business trips and tourism!

The service was truly a bonus! From check-in to check-out, the staff were professional and incredibly warm and friendly. The room had great natural light, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained. The soundproofing was also excellent, so I slept extra soundly at night.
