Atour Hotel, Tonghai Building, Shuguang West Road, Hai'an

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Upon entering, there was a lovely, strong tea fragrance. The front desk lady was very welcoming and enthusiastic, and the lobby was quiet and comfortable. Check-in was quick, and any requests were promptly addressed. The room had good natural light, was very clean, and had no strange odors. Crucially, the pillows were incredibly comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep.

Staying at the Atour Hotel in Tonghai Plaza, Hai'an, completely exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a pleasant scent of books and tea. The lobby is quiet and comfortable, a perfect place to relax and read while waiting. Check-in was fast, and the staff were incredibly attentive, responding promptly to all requests. The room was brightly lit, spotless, and free of any strange odors. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The toiletries had a subtle, woody fragrance, and the bathroom had excellent water pressure – all the details were perfect. Breakfast offered a great variety, including hot porridge, pastries, and a good selection of both meat and vegetable side dishes, making it both nutritious and warming. For those driving, there's a free parking lot. The 24-hour laundry room and gym are incredibly convenient for travelers. This entire hotel feels warm and inviting, not just a cold place to stay, but more like a cozy home away from home for a short trip. If you're in Hai'an, this is definitely the place to choose!

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, just a 10-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. The rooms are spacious, the environment is great, and everything is very clean and tidy. The facilities are comprehensive and top-notch 👍. The mattress is super soft and comfortable, and the hot water comes quickly. Everything you need is readily available. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit. The ladies at the front desk were attentive and warm-hearted, providing a really good service experience.
