簡約而不簡單，樸素無華卻服務設施齊全，衞生乾淨，服務優質，淳樸的民風處處皆是，這座城市依靠天然稟賦青海湖原子城，不是很發達，卻也很安逸。

前台小姐姐無論從專業素養還是個人素質都很不錯，讓人感覺很温馨。酒店位置比較好找，房間也寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生。美中不足的是衞生間沒有乾濕分離，沖澡後滿地的水，上廁所時就得特別小心地面。

酒店環境衞生，設施，還有一開始的服務都挺好的。第一次住是剛到西寧，準備環青海湖騎行的時候，朋友訂的酒店，前台態度也不錯，第一晚住的很舒適。等到幾天後我環青海湖回來，已經是下午1點多了，因為要趕晚上的火車，所以訂的鐘點房，問服務員可以多少個鐘，前台回答2，4，6個鐘都是一樣，我説就是46這個是吧，我還問她上面顯示這個3：30到5：30怎麼辦，她説不用管她。反覆確認之後我上樓了。直到5：00鍾時的退房提醒令我很不爽，因為我是10點多的火車，準備8點多退房的。沒辦法，等我6點多吃完晚飯回來後衹好重新續房，預訂的是6：30到8：30的鐘點房，然後8點不到，又給我提醒退房，那時剛睡醒沒多久，真的很無語，你們酒店這點格局都沒有的麼，直接按入住開始起算，不按預訂的單號開始起算。也不怪前胎，可能你們酒店就這樣吧。服務是不錯，但是不來了。不如人家剛察或者海晏100多的酒店。
