環境：房間很大，出海城站步行幾百米就到了。樓下有小的便利店，超市和吃早餐的地方，打車非常方便。樓體不新，樓道的燈有時候不太敏感，進出的人不頻繁晚上睡覺不會被打擾。房間有很大的窗，白天採光會非常好。 設施：有吹風機和洗衣機，冰箱是沒有連電是用不了的。洗浴間的洗手枱沒有水。洗浴間洗手枱不出水，外面灶台放燒水壺的地方插座沒有電，因此燒水吹頭髮得在洗浴間，而洗手衹能在灶台水盆。淋浴頭衹有小的出水，水流適中，也能用。熱水器加熱很快，但是有時候會突然變熱或者變涼一些，洗澡差點被燙到。 衞生：像是櫥櫃上一些不常用的地方會有灰但衹是看到也不會碰到，床鋪，坐便器，茶几，洗衣機，淋浴這些接觸到的都是乾淨的。 服務：老闆有問必答，態度很好。入住和退房都很快速簡潔。
