確實在一個賣水晶的鎮子裏有一個還算乾淨的酒店很不錯了，價錢也公道，看的出來老闆想做好；但硬件還是不行❌
1.衞生間地漏堵塞 不下水，洗完澡後全是積水
2.房間裏給的用品連棉簽都沒有，但是確給了一次性毛巾和一次性馬桶墊
3.智能家居還可以
4.服務一搬，怎麼講呢 就是在廣東這個地方是沒有什麼服務體驗的，這個價錢的商旅酒店就更別指望了！ 前台能有人辦理入住，吃早餐的地方能有人打掃衞生就可以了，要求不要高
5.按金行為？ 我真的有點無語，你房間裏又沒有可以消費的東西也沒有可以損壞的物件，收按金這事我實在是不能理解，很久沒進過收按金的酒店了！早餐也是，給早餐券，都什麼年代了，還要帶着早餐券去吃早餐，改進吧！明明報房間號就能知道是否含早

前台特別認真負責，吃的外賣都會幫忙送到房間，中間有一天晚上和同事在前台聊完，同事把一包剛拿的水晶貨掉到了前台，絲毫沒有發現，接到前台的電話才發現🫣每天打掃衞生的阿姨也很認真負責，住了一週走的那天，先收拾好行李再去逛的市場，回來發現遺漏了一些小物品，阿姨全部都幫忙歸置放在行李箱附近，感受到像家裡一樣的關懷，下次來一定還會再去住！
