Overall, the hotel is in a good location and has sufficient amenities. The staff are trying their best to help despite the language barrier. It's probably because I travelled close to the ***** New Year but the hotel seemed busy and the walls are very thin. In particular, there was constant noise at night on the corridor.

The room facilities are outdated, the lights are dim at night, and the corridors are like a hotel from 2000. The overall feeling is depressing. When I opened the door, the room smelled very strong of oil and human odor, which was very uncomfortable. It may be because the hotel is too old. If you have a choice, it is recommended to choose a budget hotel of the same price.

The front desk has a bad attitude, there are small cards in the room, and the hygiene is not good.

The sanitation of the standard room on the 6th floor is really terrible. The bed is so dirty. The toilet, tissue box, and especially the shower head only have one working head. It is not convenient for the baby to take a bath. The towel has holes in it but is still used!

The hotel is not clean at all. It is very dirty and messy. I used a bath towel and the next day I saw someone else's underwear under the bath towel. It was really disgusting.
