Vienna Hotel Haikou (Qilou Old Street Hainan University Branch)

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenient transportation. The front desk staff, especially one particular girl, was beautiful, gentle, and very welcoming, answering all our questions. The room layout was great, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. It offers good value for money and is highly recommended.

Staying at Vienna Hotel Hainan University branch with kids is just perfect! The double bed is spacious and comfortable, making it super easy for two adults and a child to sleep soundly. It's right next to Hainan University, so strolling around the campus with the little one is safe and pleasant. The room was clean with no strange smells, well-equipped, and full of fun touches for kids. Staff member 009 was especially friendly to the children. The breakfast had a great variety and suited kids' tastes perfectly. It's definitely our top choice for family travel, five-star rating!

Vienna's value for money is incredible! For just over 200 RMB, I felt incredibly comfortable. The room was bright and clean, and the mattress was just the right firmness. It felt so relaxing after a day of running around. The soundproofing was also excellent. Breakfast didn't end until 10 PM, so I could sleep in, and the freshly cooked noodles were delicious. The front desk even pointed out nearby snack bars—what a foodie!
