房間設施老舊，床上有毛髮，房間有股臭味，衞生真的一般！洗漱用品也是極差，毛巾發黑硬邦邦的，早餐也差，都是速凍品！400多的價格，住這酒店，真是一點性價比都沒有！不值得！謹慎選折！

房間非常非常乾淨，前台看我帶娃給我升級了房間，還送了水果和飲料，每個服務人員都非常熱心，有問必答有問題必解決。另外床真的睡的很舒服，一夜好眠真是太重要了。下次來海口還住這裏。

在海口的西邊挨着海口市人民政府，周邊全是新小區比較安靜但距離老城區有點距離，有地庫車位，距離海口免税開車10分鐘非常方便。

房間很大，衞生間也很寬敞，這一點很滿意，服務態度也不錯，因為是攜程會員，房間還免費升級了，早餐也不錯，總體來説，性價比很高，唯一一點不好就是小孩和我睡了那個床後都感覺身上有點癢，但床上的用品看上去也是乾淨的，不知道怎麼回事

第一次入住該酒店，設施齊全，前台服務很熱情，晚上休息很安靜，還有小機器人兒。早餐也很好。中餐西餐都有。邊上有很大的夜市市場，各種餐飲都有。周邊還有一個很不錯的市政公園，吃完可以在此休閑散步。

從海口坐船無意中定到的酒店，環境非常好很乾凈，位置離新海港也不遠，前台陳思思非常熱情孩子網課需要打印卷子，非常熱心的幫忙打印卷子，非常感謝，以後來海口還會入住
