房間特小，設備特陳舊，衞生間連小肥皂都沒有，屋裡和電梯間還特臟，一看就是好久沒有打掃了，這是從網上訂的，事先沒看到真房。

2021年2月曾入住這家，半夜抵達，第二天清晨便離開。匆忙中衹留下幾點印象：（1）要提着旅行箱爬上二樓；（2）兩張單人床很寬約有1.5米；（3）衞生間簡陋。時隔兩年再次入住，竟有意想不到的驚喜：（1）電梯,免除爬樓之苦；（2）雙床房中的單人床依然很寬敞，被褥床單乾淨潔白；（3）衞生間仍然乾濕不分，但顯然重新裝修過，地面牆面一統瓷白，顯得整潔且面積似乎也增大了，馬桶是“坐蹲兩便式”的，對老年旅客更友好。淋浴熱水24小時都有，且水温高水量大水流穩定。（4）非常安靜，該店位於兩條街的拐角，客房樓卻在裏面一些，白天晚間都聽不到街面上的噪聲；（3）接送機服務更加負責。訂單成功後，立即用微信發過來一段視頻，詳細地講解了從機場出來如何找到穿梭班車停泊的位置。提前半小時電話提醒：預約的送機時間快到了。唯一感到不足的是：窗户與鄰近樓房外牆的距離僅有一米多，白天自然光線很弱，好在房間內的照明燈佈局很合理，並沒有暗乎乎的感覺。儘管不完美，對於一家經濟型（其價位在演豐鎮是最低之一）的民宿，還是給出5分高贊，以資鼓勵持續改善。
