The check-in experience is very good, because I bring the car, the car must be with people, it is not locked, and you can carry it with the lock. It is not convenient to climb stairs. The Harbin eldest sister at the front desk is good, and helped me solve this problem, so I moved to the first floor of Xufan's side. In fact, I exceeded my expectations by being able to change to a place on the first floor. The eldest sister at the front desk explained to me the swot of Xufan and Celence when changing rooms, and took me to the room to see it again, and she checked in after she was satisfied that there was no problem. She was very serious and responsible. Thanks again to the eldest sister and gave me Great stay experience! Like the loud sound of an airplane, this is inevitable. The price/performance ratio here is quite good, with complete basic facilities, a whole snack street, convenient and fast, and friendly service.

I did stay in the coconut grove big bed room with my child for one night, basically satisfied, hygiene and safety, front desk, hygiene, everything is fine! When recommending a friend’s ticket to the wrong check-in date and missed the cancellation period, no actual check-in occurred, and the store does not give a refund. Quite annoying😠. Why not give a refund if you don’t check in?

In Meilan Village, east of the airport, you can live in such a high-end room at such a low price. The facilities are complete and flawless. The airport shuttle service is in place! This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in this trip

感覺很舒服、前台姐姐登記時候發現是東北老鄉、越聊家越近、看我是一個小女孩、再有空房的前提下還給我免費升級了大床房、果然是老鄉見老鄉倍感親切、房間設施也很完善、樓下吃的喝的都有很方便、還免費接送機場、下次再來海口一定還定這、感謝人美心又美的老鄉姐姐給我升級的房間、住的很舒服😝

距離機場非常的近，滴滴過來就五分鐘的樣子。作為過渡一個晚上是非常不錯的選擇，房間設施齊全，空間也湊巧的，關鍵是附近也有很多吃東西的地方

房子還可以性價比高但是等車等了很久一個大巴車等人滿了才走基本一個小時起步吧半夜一點半等了一個小時五分鐘到地方了

這個價格性價比非常的高，洗澡熱水也很充足，空調好用，離機場特別特別近，旁邊就有很多吃東西的地方，非常方便

酒店名稱不對，剛去時找不到，打了電話才告訴改名稱，房間小衞生差，被子床單被罩有污漬，説是有窗户可窗外是牆什麼都看不了。

酒店很乾凈，床很大很舒服，還有接送機場高鐵的車，老闆娘也很熱心，還出來把我們送上車
