Extremely comfortable, much more convenient than staying at a Renaissance hotel. You can cook, and there's a living room with a TV that offers many movies. Downstairs is a Lianhua Supermarket. The front desk service is excellent, parking is free, and the cleaning staff tidy up daily, restocking tissues and water. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

They gave me a bigger apartment than the one i booked. it was a big 3-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one, plus kitchen and balcony. aircon was working alright (you'll need it on this hot island) and it had a washing machine too. it was on the 10th floor of a residential tower just across the street from the entrance of the Renaissance hotel. they serviced it daily with fresh towels and by making the beds. i would rate it 5 star, except that it is a little worn out, the kitchen has basically no cutlery or else, and the mattrass is very hard. the area has plenty of cheap eateries and a supermarket nearby. free shuttles to/from Mission Hills Resort leave every 30 mins. from the Renaissance. very affordable accomodation, would stay again if in the area of Missiin Hills. basically it's very close to the 14th tee of the Blackstone golf course, but no access from there. walking to Mission Hills Resort takes 30-35 mins., by taxi 5 mins. 10 yuan.
